The media could not be loaded. This was a gift for my son's 5th birthday. Knowing his love for real claw machines which cost a lot, I decided to get this for him so he plays at home and it kind of scratches that itch. He's been playing the whole day, and we are playing with him! I'm glad it came with a set of squishy toys that we are playing with, it didn't have success with candies, I don't know if you have to have special candies or not but the ones we had were not big nor heavy however, it didn't pick those up. It's playing great with its own toys and I believe if we search more, we will definitely find other things to drop there and be able to get out. The quality is great and I'm happy it has the option to turn the sound off. I prefer the sound on tho because when you have less time on the game, the music gets faster letting you know the time is almost over. There is nothing I dislike about this toy, it's real fun and no defects. It's also great for big companies. The kids at our house were suggested to pull out as many candies as they can to take home, unfortunately the candies were not picked up so we ended up giving them in gift bags. :-) ... show more

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic. The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off. The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem. Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better ... show more

Our daughter has played with this non stop. She’s obsessed with claw machines at arcades so this was a home run. The plushies that come with it are the best size and weight, but we’ve tried a few candies. They’re definitely harder to get, but she enjoys that. The plushies are easy to learn how to grab. We sometimes use this as a way for her to pick out her evening treat. And seeing as it can only pick up very small candies it’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. Haha! Assembly was easy as well as learning how to use it. The only drawback I see is if a child were to be even a little rough with it, I could see it stop working pretty quickly. The parts are a bit flimsy. So be sure to encourage gentle use. ... show more

Don’t not suggest. My kids lost interest within 3 minutes and have not touch it since. The toys fall out of the hole in the back all the time. The claw works when it wants to work and is SLOW!

I had ordered a similar product this for my children, a year or so ago and decided to gift one to a friend. I feel it with dollar store toys and let my kids play with it, taking turns and keeping the prices that they win. It’s a good toy to play with on cold days when we can’t go outside and it keeps their attention for a long time. I love that this option has the ability to turn off the sound, one of the other vending machines we had did not, and it literally drove me insane. This was all my daughter wanted for her bday. However, it came with a crack on the back side from top to bottom. Sending items back is not easy due to living in a rural area and my daughter didn’t want to give it up. She loves it and it works great, but disappointed how badly it was cracked.

UPDATE: Replacement item received and works great. Grandson and whole family love playing with the Claw machine. Music isn't too loud. Claw was able to pick up smaller items. Great product for the price. Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. Opened it early to set it up so when he opened it, he could immediately play with it. Claw machine would not turn on. Changed out batteries. Nothing. Returning it with a replacement request. Will update if replacement actually works. ... show more

I got this for my 6 year old twins who love Bluey and are always asking to go to a claw machine. They have been playing with it consistently for a month and it’s still going strong on the first set of batteries. They have dropped it a few times moving it around and held up fine. The claw does make an awful noise when they hold the joystick too long in one direction, but they have figured out to be more gentle as they play. It will not pick up anything heavy as the claw is very loose, but it’s fun with the toys it came with and small candies. ... show more
