    • Not like the original - smells like plastic
I’ve used this for years, the metal cooling tip is no longer and the good use to be thick bf slide on smoothly. Now it’s lighter and has a terrible plastic smell. Not sure if I got a bad batch or they’ve changed the formulation completely. Super bummed this used to be my absolute favorite for years

Very disappointing that the same product is now 3.5 ounces instead of 4 ounces. Even the picture shows a 4 ounce tube. Shrinkflation at its finest. While I love this product, it’s just too expensive.

    • Best Gloss but Tip Breaks
Love love love this product!!! When I found it, I thought… wow, finally a lip gloss that doesn’t leave your lips all sticky and gross. Very smooth and moisturizing. The only downfall is that the lid has a tip that breaks after a few uses and then the gloss oozes out through the cap and all over the tube making it unusable at that point. With how expensive this product is, I would expect better quality in the way it’s made for more functional, long term use. I hope the creators see this and invent something that could be more useful because I LOVE this product. Thank you! ... show more

This lip treatment is a clear, thick liquid, almost like a gel. It has a consistency similar to some overnight lip masks, although it did not last through the night like those. It feels super hydrating and protective. No flaky skin with this. Nice shine - this would look great over top of a lipstick. The applicator tip is ceramic, and it does provide a cooling effect, as advertised. I like the way the tip is curved back more than usual. It makes applying to the upper lip much easier. The green cap itself needs improvement. The entire thing came off when I unscrewed it. Then I realized the top part is supposed to pop off and snap back on, while the collar is supposed to stay on the tube. The part that snaps off is quite loose, and doesn't feel like it will hold up over lots of use. The product itself is quite good, though, so it's worth 5 stars. ... show more
