I love that these balls come in two different shapes and several different colors. Such a cute combination for our ball pit. 200 balls I found was the perfect amount for the 35in ball pit I bought. These are bright, soft, yet hard enough they keep their shape. We bought 2 more bags. Our granddaughter loves them. She has a ball castle at her house and ours. So we’ve bought several of these. She can hold these well. I recommend them!

My baby niece has a ball pit and is incredibly fond of playing in it and actually used the original colorful balls her mother purchased for her to start identifying her colors! Right before I made this purchase, my baby niece had started calling stars ‘baby.’ She developed the habit of bestowing the title ‘baby’ to anything she found cute or felt a fondness of (she was about 20 months old at the time and was more shy about speaking). As a lover of space and star themed things, myself, I simply couldn’t resist bringing more star ‘babies’ to her life. And she absolutely adored them. They were super fun for her to play with and she enjoyed how they were different colors from the ones of her original ball pit balls. She even spent time collecting the stars, specifically, out of the rounded balls and would bring them to me one by one. It was a super sweet interaction and bonding experience. They’re also safe toys, as my sister—my baby niece’s mother—spent a lot of time educating the family about BPAs and other toxins found in certain toys. So I checked go make sure that these were safe for my baby niece to play with. There was no weird or chemical smell to the balls when I received them. Always a plus. They were super affordable and she got hours of fun out of them. The only downside is that, due to her teeth growing in and the urge to chew on things that came with it, she did bite on the points of some of the stars, as the tops of the points were small enough for her to get slightly into her mouth, unlike the round balls. So she did puncture a few of them and they did need to be discarded, as they were then flat and we couldn’t really fix them. But the material was not harmful so having the toy in her mouth and biting into it did not harm her, which is truly the most important part. ... show more

Granddaughter loves them! I am going to have to get more because 200 barely does the job. The balls are smaller than I’d thought and I’m sure there are more out there made a little better but perfect for a baby! And I wouldn’t spend more than this on balls for a ball pit anyway! Works just fine!
