This is pricier than drugstore options, but it's the best of the best. A little does go a long way, and the gel spreads easily, but it's still more expensive than it really should be for the amount you get. And if you make a "mistake," I have found it's easy to correct - just use a scrubbing cream, etc to even it out, and you can spot re-apply. I have tried so many tanners as I have fair skin and during the summer months I like to use this primarily on my legs. It is so easy to apply and although it takes time for the color to come through on the average eight hours, it is the most natural looking color you can imagine. It is long lasting and fades evenly. I am also very sensitive to fragrances, and although this has a light fragrance, it is by no means, overpowering while applying. I have been using this product on my face, arms, and legs for a few years and am always pleased with the results. I have fair skin and it looks like a natural glow on me, zero orange here. It smells good, not weird like most tanners. It has a smooth application and the bottle lasts all summer. It’s worth the price tag to have a consistent and quality product on my skin. Very good product for self tanning. It works within a few hours and has only a mild fragrance, only for a half a day. It produces a natural looking tan skin color. Wash hands quickly after applying. Probably the best of its kind, after trying many brands.

I don't supposed there's a self-tanner out there to which I'd give 5 stars, but this one comes pretty close. It's a thick lotion that doesn't drip or separate, so it's easy to apply. The tanning effect is subtle but noticeable after a few hours and lasts for a few days. The aroma is mild and doesn't smell anything like coconut oil or like chemicals; it's only lightly perfumed.
