This is how the product arrived. I particularly purchased it because it came with a case. Other then that the Stethoscope is very nice and I am happy with it. It has a nice weight to it and I can hear perfectly!!

I ordered this and paid extra only because of the gorgeous color that shows as white and rose gold but the stethoscope rubber is NOT WHITE. Instead it is creamy OFF WHITE. So disappointed.
