    • This Pastel Mat is Great but it Came bent.

The pastel mast was shrinked wrapped and in a box. It was very bent. Right now I have a large dictionary sitting on it to flatten it out.

Much smaller than pictured much more expensive for the size they hold color well but it's less than an 8ร—10 size so not good for large drawings. I was told it was higher value paper and that may be so but to use to make pictures or drawings the cost too high for the size

Beautiful colors with an unusual โ€œslateโ€ like texture Each sheet of paper has a semi transparent sheet for non smudge protection for pastel. BUTโ€ฆ..Package arrived open on one edge. Very thin plastic around expensive paper to travel 1000โ€™s of miles (internationally) is just crazy!!! Iโ€™m lucky I guess that it wasnโ€™t damaged anymore than it was. Not beautiful but not too damaged to use (sum what warped due to probable moisture). Wow people, what are you thinking? I wonโ€™t order again from this company. ... show more

The pad was missing a glassine cover for the first sheet. The pad looked like it had been opened, frayed a little on edges of cover, cards look good otherwise.

This is very expensive art paper and should be shipped in a box for protection. Amazon only shrink wrapped the pad and shipped. Some of the paper is slightly bent and corners damaged. Won't buy from Amazon again. Art stores know how to ship art supplies. The paper is amazing.
