We got this as a Christmas gift for our son but waited for the harder winter months to be over before putting it up. When we finally started to put it up some pieces broke. There was a phone number on the box but nobody ever answers. I wasn't ever able to speak with an actual person. I had to find my order on Amazon and message the company that way. I did receive an answer pretty fast and was told replacement parts would be shipped out. The parts arrived but they were the wrong size ( probably for a much smaller trampoline). I sent a message again and was sent the correct size bars but without the T-shaped connectors. I messaged again and was sent the connetors. We finally were able to put it together almost all the way but we were missing the pole top attachments to secure the net, and we realized we were missing the net and ball for the basketball hoop. I messaged again and they sent the missing parts. We finally were able to complete our trampoline. It looks great and our son is having a lot of fun on it. So all in all between messaging customer service and waiting for shipments it took us about 2.5-3 months to finally complete this trampoline. Great finished product, fast customer service through messaging on Amazon, but what a headache. And they only offered us $20 back for the inconveniences. ... show more

We like the trampoline itself, but here's some things that I would tell anyone interested in purchasing: - The actual (and much more realistic) weight limit for jumpers at one time is 330 lb. This is listed in the assembly manual. - The picture for the green trampoline shows it with blue poles, but it came with green poles. This is something we liked, but others may feel differently. - Our package was missing all the pole cap screws. We found replacements, but it's a hassle that we didn't need while spending all day setting this up. - My biggest concern is the missing tooth in the middle of the zipper for the netting. We can use the zipper if it's pulled just right, but this is something that WILL break soon. Of course, the netting is one of the last things to put up, so this was not noticed until everything else was put together. Nobody wants to disassemble and return for replacement after getting this far, so we're stuck with it. Overall, we like how well put together most of it is. Just be aware that the netting setup may need extra work. If you're not the type of person who keeps around any extra screws you get and knows how to replace a zipper, you might want to look for something else. This thing feels nice and sturdy and I’ve got 4 rowdy boys that like to hold wrestling matches on our trampolines! The last one we had didn’t last 6 months! We have high hopes for this one as it feels SO much sturdier! They are loving the basketball hoop too. The company has the number and email for customer service right on the front of the instructions so have no fear about contacting them for any reason. I accidentally broke one of the little basketball hoop holders off of the ring and they sent out a whole new ring quick as can be. They stand by their product! So great! ... show more

This trampoline is very well built. Just be aware that there is a definite inside to the leg brackets so the assembly bolts line up properly. This trampoline is similar quality to the ones we've jumped on at the local Safari Trampoline Park! We ran into a problem right after assembling the trampoline with wind blowing it over and damaging it. Customer Service was in contact immediately and offered replacement parts. We are made whole! The Trampoline is back together! Much appreciated! Highly recommend this company for your backyard! Strong enough to handle the whole family! ... show more

The trampoline itself is great and was pretty easy to assemble. The mesh netting was a joke. You basically have to “sew” it by threading it through cheap, non reinforced holes that rip, and attach to each ring that hold the springs. It’s an awful design and very time consuming. The yellow caps for the top are cheaply made. The entire net should be redesigned. Thick, reinforced grommets of the net material, with pre installed (sewn in) fasteners around the bottom would have given this a better review. I expect to be buying a replacement net very soon since this one is not going to last. ... show more

Bought for my grandson for Christmas 2021 and it has been great! I wanted to wait to write the review to see if anything was going to happen and it hasn’t so I think it’s safe to say this is a good item to buy. He loves it. His friends love it.
