I use it as my hot tub cover in the backyard. So far so good. Make sure you anchor it very well to the ground because the wind will pick it up and blow it away. When the snow builds up on it try to go out every hour with a push broom from underneath and gently knock the snow off with the brushes on the push broom start at the top and work your way down to keep the snow from sagging down on it. Other than that the thing is really cool. I gave it five stars I’ve only had it a couple of months. It was super easy to put up with one person. We knocked it out in about an hour.

2of the eyelets where broken and smashed. 2 of the clip’s that hold the vent windows where disformed. Missing leg stakes. Very easy to put up, did it myself!

The structure tubes are small and lightweight. Strong wind will bend them. The "Wind Ropes" are actually stretchy strings and sharp edges on the ground stakes will cut them.

I really wanted to give the seller a chance to make this right, but they aren't responding. I bought this in December 2022, I noticed it wasn't as thick barred as the other one I had right away. The cover is also not as good. Anyway, we had two snowfalls so far this winter as of early March. We had a third, that dropped about 4" of snow. I have one other canopy like this from another company and three of the Shelter Logic style with sides. All of those have handled much more snow than this did. It collapsed under 4" of snow. I'm very aware that these types of shelters need to be cleared of snow, but they also shouldn't collapse under a minor snowfall that happens overnight. We're talking like 8 hours, 4", total failure. I'm outside of my return window. What is the warranty on this? Can I get an answer?
