The watch arrived on time. The face of the watch is stunning. Meatier than the model being sold on AMZN for just under $300.00 The crystal is sapphire and not mineral, to which was verified with a call to Citizen. The band which is special to AMZN is OK, not of the quality of a $500.00 Promaster. May replace at some point. If looking for this model at Citizen, you will not find. The calendar date is useless, as it's too small, silly in fact. Without readers I don't stand a chance of reading it. Even difficult with readers. But for me, not a big deal. Illumination is fine. Was looking for a GMT and this came up in a search. Am a big fan of solar watches and Citizen watches in general, but wasn’t really looking for another dive watch at the listed price. However, Amazon offered this up a few days later at a discount I could not pass up. As others have said, it is very heavy on the wrist. The model sold here has a rubber strap that is thick but soft and flexible. Has the best lume of any watch I own. Biggest complaint is the tiny date window that is deeply inset with white numbers on black, making it hard to read. Overall a good value when offered at a discount. ... show more

I did the same thing the other reviewer did, called Citizen and yes it is a sapphire crystal. I thought so because the photos on the back case says Sapphire on it. The band that comes with it is very nice, but very uncomfortable. also I purchased a rezero band for it, is also sold on Amazon. super comfortable great watch band very happy with my purchases. also GMT function is a plus very happy with the watch. ... show more
