I am not a fan of metal bands, although the one that came with the watch is one of the nicest I have seen. I ordered a nice brown leather band to change it out and really like the results. The watch itself is beautiful. It is a bit large, but actually allows you to enter the edge of the larger look while still very dressy and simple. I bought this watch for a friend’s wedding gift and it’s very nice other than the fact the day of the week is in Spanish. Nothing on the listing shows it in Spanish so I returned it and ordered another one assuming it was a one-off problem. The second one ALSO came in Spanish so I’m shocked there haven’t been any reviews talking about this. Will be returning this one as well since I don’t see a replace option. If it came in English I’d give it 4 stars. Citizen watches are wonderful and I LOVE the eco-drive -EDIT- turns out the watch functions this way. Once set to English it stays in English I believe. Maybe I’m a novice watchman, but I did not know this before. ... show more

Purchased this watch for my dad for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! When we opened it, however, we noticed that the day of the week was in Spanish. We were so confused and thought we would have to return it in for the English version. However, it turns out that the watch supports both English and Spanish 😄. To set the day of the week, simply pull the crown out to position 1 of 2 and rotate clockwise. This feature is not listed in the product description so I hope this helps other future buyers.
