Probably better if in eco mode. The watch is automatic. You have to wear it all the time to insure that it keeps moving, otherwise it has to be reset on a continual bases. You can't beat it as swimming/diving watch.

This is ONE TALL WATCH! Don’t get me wrong… The dial is spectacular! But it just feels so clunky. I had it for 24 hours and returned it… I sure wish they could drop that crown down. Beware of ordering this watch from Amazon. My wife purchased it for me for my birthday and when I opened it, I found the watch case to be completely empty. Amazon sent a replacement, but that case is empty as well, and shows obvious signs of being tampered with. Amazon and Citizen need to get their act together. If they do, I will update my review to reflect the actual product, assuming I actually receive it. ... show more
