Circular Saw Blade with 5/8 Inch Arbor for Wood Cutting Finish(7-1/4'' 40T(1pc)) I ordered this circular saw blade on July 14th, arrived on July 17th, not bad, via USPS, left at our front gate, intact and undamaged, is packed with safety in mind, no sharp edges sticking out of the retail packaging. I have never ordered or used this brand before, decided to try it because my saw blade was dull and I didn’t have an opportunity to run out and buy one because I’m dealing with multiple contractors on site at our home. I immediately put this saw blade to work because I am installing finish window trim on all our new windows, so new trim inside and outside, about four hundred linear feet of window trim to cut. The 40 tooth blade did fine, did not bog down, did not bite into the trim pieces, left a nice clean cut every time, am not finish using it, have a couple more days of work, am hoping this blade will hold up for the entire project. The suggested MSRP is very inexpensive compared to the expensive Go To Name Brand circular saw blade that all carpenters gravitate to. I am a homeowner so projects are few and far apart so am grateful that there are other options out there for me. I am giving this circular saw blade a 5 Star rating but, I did also order a different brand to try which should arrive in a couple days.

Very nice blade, but I almost put it in backwards simply because of the printing. Usually manufacturers will put all of the info and their logo on the blade so you can still see it when you install it. This one has the printing on the "back side" so when the blade is installed all you see is black. Just a little heads up to put it in correctly. (See my pictures) The blade itself is quite nice, I got the 40 tooth blade for smoother crosscuts, and it is indeed smooth. It is 1/17th inch thick and has very little resistance when pushing the Skil saw thru my pressure treated 2 X 8's. This blade left a good smooth finish on both halves of the pressure treated wood. Price is good and it is a good carbide tipped blade. Will buy another when this one pooches out, cheaper to buy new than to get it sharpened.

Purpose for Product: Cutting 12"x1" pine shelving. Product Inspection: Appears to be reasonably manufactured. Product Performance: Seller claims 70% faster and more cuts. Cut twelve 12"x1" pine shelves. Blade performed effortlessly resulting with a clean straight edge. Summary: Don't really know how to measure 70% faster but the blade performed well with the limited use. Price point seems a little high if it doesn't continue to perform. If it fails soon I will update.

I've been using this blade almost daily since I received it around June 10. I have to say it's holding up pretty well. It doesnt cut as smooth as some of the name brand equivalent but it holds its own. I will definitely purchase again.

I recently retired and decided to upgrade my 50 year old woodworking tools, including my old 7.25” carbon steel circular saw blades. I tested the Vierdwin against an old rip cut blade cutting both 1.5” thick construction lumber and ½” thick oak. What a difference: no drag, no resistance, a very clean cut and a much smaller kerf. One blade does it all; no need for my old plywood, crosscut, rip, softwood/hardwood/aluminum cutting blades. It came packed in a heavy cardboard case, with the teeth protected by a thick silicon rubber channeled hose.

I did construction for many years and always needed a good supply of affordable framing saw blades on hand because of the abuse they endured on the construction sight. Time is money and I couldn't let an occasional nail stop me from production, so I just use carbide blades to ease through them and keep going. This blade is balanced and comes with the carbide teeth I need. I doubt the carbide is very thick at this price, but you get what you pay for, and this is perfect for me for the bargain price.

I use 7 1/4" circle saw blades every day, and most of the time, the ones I buy from the local big box stores don't last more than a few hours. I have a choice of spending another $30-$40 on a new blade or sending them off to a local sharpener and waiting two weeks. I was skeptical when I saw this blade, but I put it on my skill saw, and it went to town. My sons used it the entire day, and it never went dull; it never lost track of the chalk line, and they put it to work with no issues. Looks like we will buy more of these.
