Description

The Synca CirC was designed by our team in Japan to offer you an excellent massage chair without it taking a ton of space or being an eyesore. Most massage chairs are huge and need 18in of clearance behind and in front of the chair to prevent them smashing into a wall or coffee table damaging your home or new massage chair. The CirC you place wherever there is space - just like a normal piece of furniture - except this piece of furniture is a heated massage chair that looks amazing! Massage chairs have one of two types of controllers. One with tons of buttons making it confusing to operate and preventing you from really enjoying your chair or.... a touch-pad embedded in the side that is extremely hard to use while you're sitting in it. For the CirC we made sure you had a controller since its easier to use but we made sure it was simple to use regardless your skill level. In August of 2020 we upgraded our CirC chair to feature 100% customer replaceable fabrics. Over time fabrics can wear out on any product and for massage chairs either you can't replace the fabric or it requires a service technician, on the CirC you can replace the entire fabric yourself. Just unzip the old fabric and zip in the new - This the the ONLY massage chair you can do this on. The CirC uses a special SL Track massage technology that enables the massage robot to travel from your shoulders down to your glutes. The CirCs massage system provides a larger coverage area than other chairs and delivers a superior lower back massage. The Synca CirC has a specially design lumbar heater that will gently heat the lower back and stimulate blood flow while loosening the stiff muscles in the lumbar region. You can enjoy this relaxing heat therapy while enjoying your favorite massage or you can leave the massage off and just use the CirC as a heated chair while you sit and relax. While your enjoying a nice relaxing massage in your CirC you'll also enjoy the ambiance that's created by the ambient lighting system. If you use the CirC in a dimly lit room you'll notice a gentle candle-like glow of light coming from the rear of the chair. The light is a nice gentle glow that's not too bright and very relaxing. The Synca Wellness design team in Osaka Japan studied human physiology and ergonomics to make sure our massage chair was as comfortable as a massage chair can possibly be. The molds, angles, components, and materials were painstakingly selected to ensure whoever uses our chair has the best experience possible. Premium SL Track Heated Massage Chair | Adjustable Intensity | Intuitive Remote Control | Compression + Robotic Massage

Small but powerful
Color: Burnt Coffee
The chair is already assembled flip the support stand and plug it in. It is small it fit me well I am 140lbs It does not take up much space at all. Stylish in appearance. Extra seat pad and comfortable neck support. The massage is felt and you are able to adjust for deep or mild. I have never had a butt massage like this!! It covers the entire back and special for waist. There is rolling, kneading knocking and extremely quiet. It does lead you to sleep especially if you've had a hard day. After all the perfection of this cute lil chair it was not for me. I needed my legs and arms to also be closed in getting massage. Also you have to flip the support stand back for zero gravity. Now this second part of the review is most important: Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced. There was a problem that came up in returning the chair. Words cannot express how customer service went totally beyond what should have been done. I cannot explain the whole story as there is not enough room but it put tears to my eyes how customer service took care of their customer. I would recommend the chair to anyone who is looking for a good massage and not needing the extra security of enclosure of legs and arms like myself. In seeking a comfortable massage that puts you to sleep you will not be disappointed if needing the assurance of good attentive customer service you have a great package deal. ... show more

Great Massage Chair
Color: Burnt Coffee
We bought this massage chair because it takes a small footprint compared to most massage chairs which are enormous. Though small, this chair really delivers a really good massage. The controls are simple and straight forward. You can do shiatsu, roller and tapping. All are good. It has a heat function which I don’t use. It has a compressed air function which operates around your hips. It is okay. I wish it would compress both sides evenly at the same time. Instead it does one side and then the other. I don’t use it because I don’t like to twist my back. But most people with less sensitive backs will probably like it. Overall I highly recommend this massage chair. I have back issues that wake me up in the middle of the night because my muscles cramp up. I get up and get a 20 minute massage, and am able to get back to sleep. It is a god-send. This chair replaced my old Brookstone React massage chair which I think may have been made by the same folks...as it looks quite similar. The one thing I wish they would change in the chair, is the ability to turn the light off. The good thing is that the light is dim, so it probably won't wake anyone up. But it would be nice to turn it off anyway. ... show more

Great value for the cost! Love this product!!
Color: Beige
I have multiple chronic pain disorders, and I see a chiropractor regularly. My chiropractor's office got one of these chairs and I tried it while I was there. After just five minutes in this chair, my back, shoulders, and glutes all felt better, so I made note of the brand and looked it up when I got home. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost; I thought it would cost way more. I contemplated for a few weeks, then I decided to bite the bullet and order it. It arrived in just three days, and I was so excited. It has helped me SO MUCH. I cannot say enough good things about this chair. I have the tan colored one, and it looks very sleek and is compact enough that it fits nicely in my small apartment. I feel so much better after I use it. My massage therapist said that she could tell that I wasn't as tight. If you are considering getting this chair to help with pain or just for relaxing, please do it. I promise that you will be so glad that you did! ... show more

Not bad but be aware of issues before deciding to buy this unit.
Color: Beige
When doing my research, I tried to find a store where I might try it before purchasing to see if I liked it. Unfortunately, this chair is the very basic model and no one stocked it so that was not doable. For the price, the product is decent but there are a few issues to be aware of. I had one of the original Panasonic massage chairs for 20+ years and loved it. Unfortunately, it did finally wear out. This unit is small but I fit comfortably in it at 5'6" 155 lbs. Don't know that anyone larger would find it comfortable. I did like that it has a small footprint in the house and the rolling and massage functions are decent. Not great but decent. Issues I have with it are: it does not reach high enough to do my shoulders (even when I try to slouch down in the seat. The buttock massage is kind of weird, there are some areas that feel good, others that are bordering on intrusive. Because you cannot control the width of the roller function, it will hit some spots that range from uncomfortable to painful. When in massage mode, it will massage across the shoulder blade area which is painful. I do like the ability to manually place it on specific spots and the massage mode feels good when doing so. The preprogramed modes are a little off with too much time spend on the buttock area and you learn when a painful spot is coming and adjust your body to it. Unfortunately if you do not like it, the cost to return is fairly prohibitive so I am going to use it as best I can. In hindsight, I probably would not buy it again but will make the best of it. ... show more

Amazing compact and stylish massage chair.
Color: Burnt Coffee
Review Image by Sam Archuleta
I cannot stress enough how much this chair has been a life saver for my wife who has the rare spine arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. This chair can massage from the top of your neck to the back of your quads in your legs depending on your size. Anyone under 5’10” would fit well in the chair. They chair has a full body mode with the option for heat or you can use the up and down arrows and target specific parts of your body that need attention. It also very compact and stylish as we put the chair in our office. This chair can be fit into any area easily buy one person and it sets up within minutes right out of the box. While we bought the chair for my wife, I find myself using the chair while working on my laptop or after a strenuous workout. The only con would be for anyone that is taller than 5’10”. You would have to maneuver yourself on the chair as your upper back would be too tall for the setup. Overall a great product and I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

$485 to return with UPS
Color: Beige
Please do NOT purchase this. It’s not the best chair at all. My heat doesn’t work and I just purchased it. I decided to return after having for a few hours and packed it up to return and they told my husband it would be like $485 to return this thing back to California from Georgia. I am disappointed and refuse to keep something because to return it is half the price of the chair. I need answers and I want CirC to get this chair back! ... show more

Compact massage chair is perfect
Color: Wine
Love the massage chair. I have always wanted a massage chair but got no space in my small apartment. Until I received this, I didn’t think it is that compact. The design is modern and perfect for small space. There are so many functions in this little chair that I am very happy especially the function to massage my buttock which not many chairs have that. This can never replace human massage but definitely worth the price for this compact massage chair where I can enjoy 1-2 times a day after work. Wish it goes up to massage the neck too. ... show more
