I purchased a set of 10 to customize name badges for a nonprofit that I work with. There are no directions included. I created an image on Canva and resized it to what another reviewer posted. Looks pretty good. Not just something that was a last-minute thought. The backs were easy to remove, and the magnets are stronger than I thought they would be. We have used them a couple of times and they seem to hold up. I would purchase again. Wish they had a larger size available.
