I’ve had this lumbar support massager for a couple weeks now and I love it! It works very well, helping to provide support to my lower back but is also very comfortable and not too hard or stiff. It has several different options for both vibration mode; one is more of a pulsing, one is a wave so a gradual increase and decrease, one is a faster off and on vibration. There are also three different options for heating and on the highest setting it provides a very soothing heat to my injured lower back which is helpful. There’s also a timer with three different settings which is nice, as some of these have built in 10 minute maximums. This lumbar pillow is just the right size and has been helpful for me while on my couch relaxing and has been improving my pain in my lower back. I’d definitely recommend this massager if you have lower back issues!

The CILI lumbar support pillow is made of good quality memory foam, which is soft enough when you feel it but also hard enough to support your lower back. It definitely helps a lot with back posture for people like me who are sitting for long periods. I like that it works both in my office chair and in the car (no heating or vibration in the car though, just a lumbar pillow). It’s also easy to use — just strap it on and you’re good to go. When it is plugged in in my office, the combination of vibration and the heating s works a magic in reducing my pain in the lower back since the heating keeps my back warm and the vibration helps the blood circulation. I like the prolonged heating for as long as four hours in a cold day- almost spans the whole chilly morning. You can choose to heat for 2 hours, 1 hour or zero hour though. The design looks nice and professional, and the shape fits my lower back as well as I hoped. Overall, a solid lumbar support if not plugged in, and the extra function of heating plus vibration to boost your muscle when plugged in.

I have always, like many, suffered from lack of lumbar support in an office chair. Doesn’t matter if it states it has it, it never does. Howe ever, this heated lumbar support pillow has fixed that! I used it for a full eight hours yesterday and I do love how it hugs my lower back. It is easy to add onto any chair. The cord is long enough that it doesn’t snag on my chair or anything. The heat is the perfect amount of heat to keep my lower back feeling good. I don’t love the vibration feature. I tried multiple times throughout the day and couldn’t come around to it. It provides me more comfort without the vibration. I do like the self timer feature. I also like how you can dim the heat if it does become too much for you. Overall, I would recommend this product, and have already to my fellow coworkers.

This pillow gives the perfect level of support, heat and massage for my spinal stenosis. This is the second one I bought. The first one I used daily for 18 months. The vibration feature still works but it doesn’t give the same level of support and it no longer heats so I bought the same item again knowing it would give needed pain relief.

Two things you should know before purchasing: 1) It does not vibrate continuously even though the website says it does. 2) The heat may stay on 1,2, or 4 hours, but the vibrate mode stops after 15 minutes. The motor gets warm through the pillow whether you want heat or not.

The pillow worked fine for about 6 months and now will intermittently not heat, not vibrate or both. I have tried creating a ticket through their support without success. I bought two pillows at the same time and took advantage of their offer for an additional 1 year warranty, but as of now it seems it was a waste of time and money.

I’ve been using this at dining table or home office desk and I love it. It’s super comfortable and gives great support for my lower back, especially during long hours at my desk. Easy to move around. The heat feature is soothing, and the vibration is a nice bonus. I also like that it has a timer. It stays in place on my chair with the straps and is easy to set up. Overall, it’s made a big difference in how my back feels at the end of the day. Definitely recommend it if you sit a lot!

I bought this product for my desk chair. Over the past two months, I've had severe lower back pain, and I'm going to PT to fix it. I figured I'd fix my desk chair, as I've been using a couch cushion and a cheap Rite-Aid heating pad while sitting in it. I thought, "Both a back support and a heating pad in one!?!? Let me have it!" The heating element in this pillow is awful. There are two settings; I've only used the highest setting, and I can barely feel that. My Rite Aid heating pad outperforms this one. Secondly, the cushion is just not comfortable. It's quite unfortunate, as I was hoping it would be the combo pillow I was looking for. Sadly, it is not.
