I honestly didn't expect to love this pregnancy pillow as much as I do, but it has completely changed my sleep quality. As my pregnancy progressed, I started experiencing hip pain, lower back discomfort, and constant tossing and turning throughout the night. After using this pillow for just a few nights, I noticed a huge difference. The pillow provides support exactly where I need it—under my belly, between my knees, and along my back. It helps keep me comfortable whether I'm sleeping on my left or right side, and I wake up far less often than I used to. The material is soft without being too hot, and it holds its shape well throughout the night. One thing I especially love is that it isn't just useful for sleeping. I've used it while reading, watching TV, and even lounging on the couch when I need extra support. The removable cover is also a huge plus because it's easy to wash and keep clean. If I had one small complaint, it's that it takes up a decent amount of bed space, but honestly the comfort is worth it. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Whether you're in your first trimester or counting down the days until delivery, I highly recommend this pillow to anyone looking for better sleep and less pregnancy-related discomfort. ... show more

Get it! I hesitated alot about getting this pillow. I thought it was just another money grab and thought I could use my regular pillows well, second trimester said otherwise. I don't regret this purchase at all. I gave it 4 stars because now in third trimester it isn't in the best shape lol. I have used and abuse it but i thought it would have held up a bit better. The foam separates where there is lots of pressure applied leaving the area limp and hard to fluff back up. Got this pillow because i have hEDS and needed rhe extra support to keep my joimts aligned and in place and i have honestly never slept better. Its helping me stay asleep with mess dislocations throughout the night and im waking up less exhausted thanks to it. The hEDS gave me a major injury to my l5 lumbar and this pillow has helped so much with being able to sleep and adjust to the pain from that too, honestly i could not recommend it more. You would have to pry this pillow from my cold dead hands. I should have gotten the black cooling cover because the velvet can get way too hot for me but other than that this is a fantastic and comfy pillow ... show more

I realized in the description that it talked about how great this body pillow was for a pregnant person of which I'm not. I have eight herniated discs in my back and suffer with arthritis and osteoporosis. The doctor advises for me to always have a pillow between my knees and this works very well and does not slip out during night time when I'm sleeping. I have to say this is so comfortable incredibly so, it's like snug as a bug in a rug LOL. It offers the greatest comfort from a body pillow and much more than I even expected.
