Wow do these ever work!! I put them in the rafters of my pergola on my deck where the birds always tried to make nests. No more bird nests!!!! I don't even notice the spike strips are there. They just blend in with the ceiling. They were super easy to install. I used Alien Tape and they haven't budged. It took about 10 minutes from start to finish. I've ordered two sets of these and thus far they seem to work fine. In the second box I realized I only had 16 spikes, not the 20 I ordered. Of course I didn't notice until I went to install the next set of 8 in the box. I'd like to have the other four spikes since I paid for them.
