I am 110% satisfied at this point I have only had these night vision for 4 days and I absolutely love them. I was shocked how good they work with the daytime lens as well. I live in the countryside and for the past few weeks my dogs have been frantically barking at something but I couldn’t see anything in the dark until I received these binoculars and to my surprise it was a mountain lion the dogs was warning about. I am amazed that in total darkness where you can’t see over five feet away but with these binoculars I can see crystal clear like as in daytime over 1/2 mile in total darkness. Truly amazing daytime/night vision binoculars. Very, very, very satisfied 5 stars.

I’ve had my CNVPRO for a few weeks. I’m pretty happy with it. I use it for recording videos of the night sky, mounted on a tripod. Since I only use the night mode feature to record the night sky, I manually disabled the IR emitter. There are things that can be improved so I only gave it 4 stars. I have been able to work around some issues. Read on…. Things I like - 1. Very fast F/0.8 aperture lens and a decent sensor in a device far cheaper than a comparable camera/lens combination. 2. The night mode generates pretty good quality 4K video, at least for my application 3. Long battery life. 4. Pretty easy to configure and use. Things I don’t like - 1. Recording a long video will force the CNVPRO to break up the video into ~5 minute segments. Each segment is saved as a different file on the memory card. There doesn’t seem to be a way to record 1 hour of video and have it be just 1 file. For that length of time, you will get about 12 files. Each 5 minutes of video is just under 1 GB. This hasn’t been a major issue. I use a video editor to combine the files from one recording session with no issues. 2. The lens has to be manually focused. The screen is somewhat laggy, making this process somewhat annoying. 3. No control over ISO or shutter speed when shooting in night mode. At times it seems like the brightness of the recorded video changes, so I assume the CNVPRO is automatically adjusting a parameter that causes that. 4. I wish the sensor had just enough resolution to generate 4K video. A smaller sensor would have less digital noise and provide a cleaner video file. Things that I have worked around - 1. The wireless connection is lousy. It seems like it has a very weak signal. I was unable to have the device outside and do a live monitor from inside using the recommended app (from 10-15 feet away). As soon as I closed my door wall, the signal cut out. Another time I was doing a wireless transfer to a tablet. I moved the tablet ~10 feet away from the CNVPRO (still in the same room) and the signal cut out, stopping the transfer. I’ve worked around this by moving the memory card to a reader and copying the video files to my computer. Faster and more reliable. I no longer try doing live viewing while recording. 2. There is a lens cap for the lens, but not for the IR emitter. The lens cap is loose and easily falls off. The lens and IR emitter can be fitted with a standard 40mm binocular lens cap. I was able to buy lens caps of that size on Amazon. That lens cap stays on much better. I put one over the IR emitter and taped it on so as to disable that feature. When using the night mode, the IR emitter is always on and in my case that would be a problem. 3. There is no provided carrying case. It doesn’t necessarily need a case, but I liked the idea of having one. I searched and found a case that is as close to perfect for the CNVPRO as you can get. The case holds the CNVPRO and its carrying strap perfectly. The case is the “USA Gear Baby Monitor Carrying Case”. USA Gear markets that case for a number of scenarios. The baby monitor scenario is just one example but works out quite well for protecting the CNVPRO.

My 1st venture into night vision devices so I am in no way an expert! Despite the glowing reviews this product has some significant flaws. Night vision is ok, I guess. Due to device weight it takes 2 hands to keep steady so image jumps around resulting in image lag & lots of graininess especially when zoomed in. The controls are clunky and not very responsive (hold buttons for several seconds before they respond), it is not ergonomic to grasp and the “lens cap” constantly falls off. The zoomed images are extremely grainy (not worth zooming in). I give it 2 stars because it does illuminate very dark areas but the image quality is not what is advertised - a cell phone beats the “daytime” use 1000%. Apparently this is one of the better entry level night vision binoculars but that’s not saying much!

These binoculars are seriously impressive for their price point. The clarity, especially in low light, is excellent, and the digital zoom makes it easy to get a crisp image even in near-total darkness. Setup was quick and intuitive, the menu and controls make sense, and the display is surprisingly high quality. The build feels solid but not overly heavy, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. It’s perfect for backyard wildlife watching or nighttime camping trips. The “true 4K” video output is the real deal, sharp, bright, and detailed. Easily one of the best-performing gadgets I’ve played around with lately.

These are truly outstanding night vision binoculars that blew my mind the first time I used them! The clarity is unbelievable, I could see creatures and sights I never expected and was truly amazed at how well they brought the nighttime world to life. Even though they have a lot of great features for recording and storing what you see, just using them for live night vision is pretty impressive. The battery seems to work well (I only use them for a few hours at most, so it has never run out on me), and while it is fairly big, it's not too much to carry on a night hike. For anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to get more enjoyment out of the pre-dawn or post-sunset world, these are a wonderful way to expand your perspective!

Just opened the box and realized that the case that comes with it is not compact ( too big and bulky ) and convenient for carrying. For the price that you pay it should have come with a portable carrying case with handle.. I have not tried the night vision goggles yet but will do so tonight and post a review afterwards
