This fulfilled our needs at a great price-my poor child was spending 30min plus trying to get “clean” in the bathroom after going #2, and using about a half of a toilet paper roll each time. We tried flushable wipes but they were causing plumbing problems, and taking a shower immediately afterwards was not always practical. So I decided to take the plunge and buy a bidet, but given that this is our first time buying I wanted to start with a cheaper option just in case we ran into problems. It was fairly easy to install, the only leaking I experienced was from a water line that was in place before the we began installation, I recommend making sure all fittings are tight-even the existing ones you did not change, as they can be worked loose when moving them during installation. After I *hand* tightened all the fixtures, I put a large white paper towel on the floor beneath all of the connections to be able to easily monitor for any leaks (a drop of water changes the color and opacity of a paper towel to make spotting leaks a piece of cake). And so far, I’m good to go after fixing that first leak! The water pressure is realllllly strong coming out of the bidet, so I will be turning down the water pressure on the water cut-off, and unfortunately no matter how far back I push the bidet, it causes the toilet seat to sit up waaay too far, even using the supplied bumpers there is a large gap at the front of the toilet seat. My workaround is as follows: I have ordered some white “rubber toilet seat hinge washers”, and I will probably end up using about 3-4 per hinge, to help level things out. All-in-all, it was a great deal, it works as advertised, installation was fairly straightforward and I’m happy with my purchase!

If you want to just try out a bidet and see if you like them, this is a great product for the price. Installation was a little more difficult than I expected because my toilet is weird but I still got it hooked up and working properly in one pass. I feel cleaner and, full disclosure, the cold water spraying right on up there feels amazing in the heat of summer. Probably won't be nearly as pleasant in the wintertime but right now it's wicked refreshing. My only complaints are: 1) I don't think the water pressure is actually adjustable, or at least it doesn't feel to be on mine. If you have normal human poops it'll probably be okay, but if you're like me and you sh!t like a Clydesdale you might wish the pressure was more akin to a firehose. 2) The adhesive on the plastic bumpers is weak and they will definitely fall off. Do the redneck thing like I did and reinforce them with duct tape, but use white duct tape to match the seat because we're not barbarians I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who's on the fence about getting one, it's totally worth it and so are you.

This was very easy to install and has an ergonomic design, I love how it looks. However, this may not be ideal for larger body types because of the way the bidet control panel curves inwards (5"9ft, 194lbs and my thigh sort of ends up on the control panel a little, I can still use it just fine because my thighs don't protrude over the dial, but if I were to gain more weight I might not be able to operate this). That said, I still recommend it!

Has been using this item and it works great but the nozzle is made out of plastic and it broke now I have to use pliers to turn the bidet . Had it for about 6 months.

This device provides a new level of personal hygiene- it does what it promises. Good for those with chronic soft sticky stools or hemorrhoids. It definitely hits the spot! Installation was straightforward. However, the plastic housing seems to be make of rather thin plastic and it will flex easily suggesting fragility. The plastic risers (like the little bumps under a toilet seat that bear the weight) don't fit well. I am using our unit without them now without problems. The little risers didn't fit and the front of the seat was not touching the bowl. the risers are rigid and flat making it impossible to get good adhesion to the bottom of a seat which is molded with a concave contour underneath. The valve works OK but the knob lacks an adequate detente to lock in the OFF position. It is easy to leave the valve turned slightly to the "ON" position in either direction. Overall, it's an OK device but could be more substantial. One other thing- it wouldn't fit our one piece low-profile master bath toilet because of flanges on the back where the bowl and tank areas join. So, don't buy this if the bolt area isn't flat and unobstructed.
