The media could not be loaded. So I purchased this product last Christmas for my kids and some of the clay arrived dried out because they were not sealed in the containers well enough. Well I just actually reviewed this product a few days ago after having bought it last year and the seller immediately messaged me with concern about my negative experience with the product. I hadn't gotten around to getting back a hold of them as I was kind of surprised of the interest as I had purchased the product a year ago and had just gotten around to reviewing them and they had messaged me again saying that they wanted to help me resolve this issue if I would like. I have to say awesome awesome! I had just been back in contact with the seller a couple days ago and went out to my mailbox today and lo and behold what is there but a brand new box to replace my entire order. The clay is soft, all of the containers are full, storage containers are great, and they even include sculpting tools and a little book of clay ideas. My kids will be very excited to have all this fresh new clay. Thanks you!!! ... show more

My kiddo loves air dry clay and I tried this one because it was on sale. She was disappointed that the different colors didn’t stick to each other as she was making an animal. Also, not all animals are in the direction box. The texture of the clay was pretty slimy. She said while she likes the colors, to order the normal brand I order next time. ... show more
