The screen of the tablet is amazing. I don't even want to buy a screen protector because it's so good that I don't want to make it worse. The battery life is very good. I don't use the tablet for the gaming, and battery lasts for more than 5 hours of browsing, playing videos, and spreadsheet work. I bought a mouse and keyboard to make life easier. The tablet is serving as my main computer most of the time. I contacted support a couple of time with the questions about upgrade of the hard drive and other stuff, they replied in a couple of hours and apologized for late reply due to the time difference. Tablet heats up a lot while turned on, and the battery life is bad; however, it's decently powerful, compact, and light. One issue I did encounter though was that the micro hdmi port on the laptop was in a different place than the images showed, and that made me accidentally send a bad review, thinking it didn't have a micro hdmi port. Good News: 1) It works (kinda). 2) Low price. Bad News: 1) Absolutely no documentation. No Quick Startup included in the box. No online manual. No paper. No company YouTube tutorial. (Warning: power port and headphone port are almost identical). 2) No Windows Activation Key included (have to contact Seller through Amazon). 3) Have to read the small print: pen and keyboard not included. Many photos showing both, but "Not included" warning on only one. Says 1T of memory, but doesn't make clear you have buy addition Micro SD. Amazon lists addon keyboard for $24.95, but no Prime shipping. Shipping is an additional $7.80. 4) Windows Update takes forever (standard Windows problem). 5) Somehow the next day it wouldn't accept my password (or something weird was going on) before Windows activation (not user error). Finally after several restarts it accepted. I hope you don't have the same problems. I'm not sure if the reduced price was worth the effort. ... show more

Overall, it's not a terrible tablet if you don't have anything to compare it to. I am really trying to find a Windows tablet with data capability, a wide, bright display screen, and good battery life. A 5000maH battery on a PC tablet will not get you thru much of a day. Battery drains pretty fast. It did not have data capability, though I thought I read it had eSim capability. The biggest disappointment was the speakers. They were really bad. You will definitely need to connect it to a BT speaker to have decent sound. ... show more

It's honestly good for anyone getting into digital art. It's very responsive, it has a nice little weight to it and it's not for gaming but it is for 2d animation and making illustrations. It may start running slow at some points but give it some time and it can pick it's speed back up for a tablet that runs windows, I really enjoy this product! ... show more

Updating my original review: Tablet received ahead of due delivery date and looked great. There IS a basic user guide, but be careful not to throw away when unpacking as it was small and inserted inside some of the safety packaging boxing. Generally, set-up was incredibly basic and easy. I had an initial problem in that there was no subsequent product/activation key for Windows 11 and was worried that after a week of nightmares with Amazon (on an entirely different/separate purchase) that this would continue the frustration headaches. However, not so.... CHUWI representatives were great and immediately helpful and supplied me with the activation code within a few hours of request. I mentioned that the charger seemed slightly bent/loose and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement without needing the old one first. I may have some further issues with that charger/charger port, but these seem like isolated/unfortunate problems rather than inherent faults of the tablet or CHUWI and so far I've been very impressed with CHUWI's attitude to aftercare. (Unlike some sellers, there does seem to be a desire to quickly sort out any problems if and when they occur). The tablet is relatively speedy for general use, the screen is hi-def and nice and the built-in stand works well. The touch-sensitive screen is *very* touch sensitive for fingers/palm if you're needing to be accurate, so I'd recommend using a mouse and keyboard (my earliest regret is not purchasing the bundle with keyboard and stylus during Prime Day which I think offers even better value). Despite some problems, I'd general I'd recommend both the tablet for use and the company for its after-care. ... show more
