This item is of poor quality. It was in my deck for two weeks before the wood started to split. I requested a return and was given the runaround by 11 Main, the seller, as I asked about shipping packing. Obviously I didn’t have the damaged packaging (box) that it arrived in. I was given the runaround for 3-weeks f fedex will package the item. 11Main never answered my question. They finally sent me a fed ex label 3- weeks after my request. No one at 11 Main works an issue. They simply open a ticket and pass it on to someone else who doesn’t respond. Worst customer service ever!!! Plus it took about 10 hours between assembling, disassembling, boxing it up myself, having to make a box to put it in, and then driving to fedex to drop it off. Never again! Buyer beware! ... show more

I was disappointed that the canopy wood splintered when it was very windy. However, Christopher Knight Brands customer service was great! I contacted them about it and they put in a ticket because they were out of stock. They said they’d keep it open and let me know when they got more. And a few months later they contacted me, asked me what I needed, and sent it to me. No charge. I could not have asked for better service. ... show more

Got mine and they send 2 laying hammock part instead of the canopy part. I contacted them via email on the weekend and they got back to me on a Sunday. I was able to keep the part they send 2 of and they send out the missing part right away on Monday. Very good Customer Service.Instructions were included and its very simple to put together with help of another Person. It looks amazing and is very comfortable to lay on. ... show more

Very poor quality. The wood started to split in the first weekend. The canopy is now all crooked. The screws got very loose very quickly. I would not buy this again.
