Pictures don't do it justice, especially the twinkle feature. Beautiful product. When installing, be sure to group your fibers into smaller bundles. I had a huge tangle that required a few hours extra time. If you are not a handy person, then you will most likely not rate this a 5 star. It was difficult to install but fun. Again fun if you like handy projects. I could see most people not enjoying the install. Doing a nice job pays off though and worth it. Great product! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Installed in a 98 Dodge Ram for a starlight headliner. Ended up going to the junkyard to get a headliner i could wrap in black fabric and work on from scratch. Very tedious project. I did not use the supplied mini drill bits, i just used a very sharp pick and hot glue. The glue tends to melt and bend the fibers a bit but light still gets through them perfectly. The end result is gorgeous. The twinkle effect blows peoples minds. I got the 13ft lines and had plenty left over, i just tucked it in the pillar. Ran the 12v power to a switchbox i have on my dash. The unit is instant on, no waiting. Love it. ... show more

    • Don’t buy the twinkle effect , buy the regular one
You cannot notice a twinkle effect in these stars , buy the regular module , save $ and it’s a smaller modules the twinkle effect worked at first for a day but then stopped working and is just regular now , the regular module is smaller and can fit above the headliner, this gold cube module is so big that it has to sit behind your head rest, or get wired to and secured in the trunk, the regular module is easier to hide and run all the wires , please send me a small module and I will update my review to 5 stars ! Because the product is fine besides this cube being too large and the twinkle not working, We bought 2 kits from you this month we are a custom shop in Philadelphia we’d like to continue using your product ... show more

I use these kits when I do custom headliners. These are 4 different headliners, I've done about 11 now. Never had any problems. Company is very responsive and I recommend this brand kit to anyone wanting to use the same stuff I do. Can't wait to do a panel to go inside the house somewhere.
