It’s wonderful! I’m not a big licorice person, but the scent doesn’t bother me at all. I will be getting a spritzer nozzle because it does get a tad soapy on my skin when pressing and gently rubbing it in, but that’s my only complaint and I just try to slow down and really just press the toner into my skin and let it dry down just a little before going in with my second toner. I use this morning and night and my skin drinks it up!

This is hydrating and really makes skin glow after cleansing. Don’t layer it with retinol or bha at first go slowly and see how your skin reacts first as it might be too much for sensitive skin. I layered it with peptide serum and niacinamide products with no issues. Haven’t noticed brightening yet but i just started using it. Smells herbal and soft , Althou would prefer fragrance free the fragrance is very delicate and pleasant .
