8/15/2020. Don’t buy this product. It has no support. When you sit on it, you go straight to the ground it’s like the bag is not even there. And yes, I waited a freaking month, fluffed the hell out of it and still it has no support whatsoever. If you thought about buying this product for playing video games, unless you mount the television on the ceiling it’s useless. When I was researching this product I saw a video of it from the company and they showed this woman jumping on top of the bag, if you did that you will break your neck. The woman must’ve weighed 50 pounds because that’s impossible. Unfortunately I drag my feet too long with the bag and went outside of Amazon’s return window. So I don’t know what I’m gonna do with this thing now. Option one is to just throw it in the garbage. Option two, which is gonna cost me more money, is to remove all the foam and put proper beads inside of it which is probably gonna cost more than the price of the original bag. I cannot fully express, in writing, how disgusted I am with this product. 8/16/2020. I looked back at the pictures on Amazon, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Not even close. They show someone sitting on a very firm bean bag but it comes looking like a flat turd. 8/17/2020. Just did the math. It’s going to cost me over $1000 to replace the foam with proper bean bag fill. These are perfect for the kids to use while we watch movies or they play games. Zippered cover can be removed easy for washing. Giving it 4 stars though because the bags are a bit heavy and we have to roll them around and fluff them each day or the foam will crush down and become uncomfortable. The micro fiber is nice but kids had a band aid that came off and stuck to the cover and it was super difficult to get it off the cover. Other than that kids sit in them for hours and hours and love them. From time to time these need to be rolled around to fluff them again and the zipper failed. I filled out a online form through Amazon to contact Chill Sack and got no response. I found the company website and contacted them by phone directly and was given the run around which basically meant because I didn't buy the extra support I am on my own. For some reason I think that a product that costs this much should last a bit longer than 4 months with normal use. So basically I need to repair the chair myself, ordered a snap kit and will put snaps on the chair and see how that works. If it doesn't I guess at least one of these bit the dust after a couple months. If so will look for a cheaper alternative for the kids to watch TV and play games while lounging. Might be great for little skimpy people without body mass. Im a grown man 6 foot 2 and when I sit on it I go straight to the floor. Zero support. Try to make it sit like a beanbag chair and you cant sit in it correctly to watch tv unless the television on the ceiling. This thing weighs just like a piece of furniture too. Its heavy to move and the kids cant move it from room to room. I believe these are intended for small people and do not work like traditional beanbag chairs. ... show more

It's huge but needs more foam filling. Even if you fluff it every day, it looks kind of like a flat donut without any support after you've sat in it. The foam doesn't spring back up unlike other bean bag chairs that I've tried (my friend has one from a different brand that always stays round). Also be aware: the smell for the first three weeks is horrendous (it's a chemical smell from the foam degassing). The smell is so bad that no one wanted to sit in it for those first few weeks. If I could have stuffed it back into its packaging then I probably would have returned it. ... show more

Customer service is non existant. Wrote two emails and called and left voicemail. No response. Bought two of these. Both sacks are under filled. The sack is not like the picture, even after a week and a half of fluffing it. The red is not as shown in picture. It is much more candy apple color that what is shown. Super disappointed in this company. Buyers remorse. Recommendation is to go with a different brand if you can. ... show more

So this is not 5 ft like the description states. More accurately 4 ft and did not rise as high as I would have hoped. I constantly fluff and rotate before and after use to allow the foam to rise and fill the sack but, sadly, it is still slightly underwhelming. Soft and comfortable to sit on but can sink to the floor and not regain it's shape. Would have preferred more stuffing but the second zipper does not have a way to seal once it's been unzipped. ... show more

This is by far my best purchase ever from amazon... the kids love it and we as adults do as well. Have to force the dog off of it. Super comfortable, perfect size for adults and older kids. Color of case is vibrant and soft. I was worried about having to purchase extra foam filler, but it definitely comes with plenty !!!! After two days it expanded to the perfect size. The only reason I would purchase extra foam filler is in the future if by any chance it starts to deflate or anything. WELL worth the price. This thing is AWESOME ! ... show more

Not as advertised I rate this one star because the item was not as advertised and even thoug I followed instructions to the "letter" the bean bag is flat and my bottom sinks to floor. I contacted Amazon customer support and they told me to purchase a box big enough to but this big heavy item in, and they will email a lable, Instead of prioritizing Custer satisfaction and send more filler for the bean bag, they are requesting a refund. I do not want to return it as it still is a good bean bag I just need more filler then I'll be satisfied, I won't be changing my review untill I get the proper customer service ... show more
