I have come to know this brand due to the incredible scent of the dog shampoo. After watching YouTube hair videos I realized that the brand also makes products for humans that seemed to work very well on dry hair. Due to a thyroid condition and dying my hair I have very dry hair, frizzy hair. So Chi seemed a good choice. And YES it works!! I’ve been using this product and the heat protection spray for a few months now and there is a HUGE difference visible . My hair is soft, the shine is back , no frizz and my hair no longer looks dry! The funny thing is that the scent is the exact same as the scent for their doggie shampoo which makes me feel I have my sweet pups with me at work as the scent of my hair now reminds me of their soft fur when I dig my nose into them while I sleep! The bottle is shockingly small BUT do not be fooled!!!! This tiny bottle lasts forever!!! I have long hair ( half way down my back) and a VERY small amount ( a little less than nickel size) is plenty for my hair! Would absolutely recommend this product!! Especially if certain health conditions ( thyroid, menopause) influence the health of your hair. really love this hair oil. First of all, the size is perfect — very compact, easy to throw into a bag or take with you while traveling. It honestly feels like a small “best friend” you can always keep nearby. You only need a tiny amount — literally a pea-size drop. I apply it to towel-dried, slightly damp hair, rub it between my palms and apply from mid-length to ends, about 5–10 cm away from the roots. It helps control frizz, makes my hair look more polished and smooth, without weighing it down. I straighten my hair quite often (sometimes almost every day or every other day), and I can really feel that my hair quality has improved since using this oil. My hair feels softer and looks healthier. The scent is very light and pleasant, not overpowering at all. So far, I haven’t found any downsides. this has helped my hair so much! I used to get tons of single strand knots and fairy knots no matter what I did! remember to only apply a small amount because too much can really build up on your strands. you only need a little! this also helps my hair get super silky and smooth after I blow it out.
