I purchased this cat tree in January of 2022. It was pretty easy to assemble, and was exactly the size I expected it to be (amazing what happens when you read the full product description!). I have 5 cats, and they took to it immediately. As you're supposed to do, I keep it in the room we humans spend the most time in; cats are social, and they prefer to hang out near their humans, usually. There are always at least 2 cats on this tree if we're in the room, sometimes as many as 4. The problem I have, and I certainly can't blame the manufacturer, is that my cats, being NOT declawed, have absolutely shredded the sisal rope on the ramp. The rope on the tubular poles is no issue; I can, and have, replaced that more than once. A bit of hot glue, some creative wrapping, and the pole is as good as new. The ramp, however, is not so easy to re-sisal. I've reached out to the manufacturer just today to inquire about getting a replacement ramp. I have no idea how that will go, but I'm hopeful. Don't let my experience of feline destruction deter you. This is a really good cat tree. My two 20-pound cats sleep on it regularly, and the 3 smaller cats (between 9 and 12 pounds) all sleep on it (or in the "apartments") regularly, as well. I would definitely recommend this tree, and will probably look to this company again when it's time to replace it. The problem I have with it is that "normal wear and tear" is a little above normal in my home, and the DIY approach to fixing the ramp's damage isn't as easy as it is for the rest of the tree. If you're like me when shopping for a replacement, you narrow it down to a few options and then choose from those options. If this tree is in your list of "final few" options, I'll tell you that you won't be disappointed with this choice. It's good stuff. ... show more

I got this as a Christmas present for my cats and they absolutely love it. I have ten cats and they all fit purrfectly on it and each share and take turns on the platforms. I got this for an amazing deal, very easy assembling, very durable, big enough for multiple fully grown adult cats. Eveyis perfect about this if I could give it ten stars I would. It's a really quality cat tree and my cats absolutely love it however, some of the pieces didn't fit right together when assembling so there's a few spots we had to improvise on. My order came pretty fast which was great because it came a day earlier. We just moved into our house and needed this for our babies. They absolutely love it. It's tall, really sturdy and super easy to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and all pieces were there and labeled. I love the color it's exactly how it was pictured in the photos. My only thing I'd say is it does shed just a tiny bit. I'll keep checking it over time to see if it continues. But otherwise it was a great buy! ... show more

My cat is completely obsessed with this tower.... and so am I. This is my cat's fourth tower in our house and it is hands down superior to the rest! It's more solid and sturdy than any others we have (or any I've seen), the beds are soft and comfy instead of just wood & fabric, it doesn't budge when he's jumping all over it and the fabric on the whole thing is soft and thick. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together and the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. There are a lot of pieces, but if you just lay them all out ready to use it's a pretty simple process. I really can't think of a single negative. It's worth every penny and I'm so glad I made the purchase! I promise you, your fur baby will thank you for this! ... show more

I would give this cat tree a million stars if I could! The boys LOVE it and we do too!! It’s very sturdy, durable, big, and comfy! The hidey holes are great because they fit my large cats. They range from 12-18 lbs and all of them can fit comfortably on this tree. The top three perches have really good padding, so they’re nice and pillow like for sleeping. My favorite part are the hammocks because one of my kitties hasn’t had a hammock in 3 years so this was a fun touch! The little jingle puff balls are great as well because of the boys love these and they’re perfect for chewing and playing! It also comes with an extra in case one of the 3 get messed up! I did vacuum the sections as I put them together because of the loose fur of the tree and for shedding/warehouse material excess and or dust. Just less mess and allergens for the boys. Careful when assembling the dowels for each tier—the staples from the sisal are thick and with new sisal the rope can be kind of pokey, if that makes sense. Otherwise assembling this tree took 30 min to an hour. I was on FaceTime with mum at the time. Lol!!! No cons as of yet! Even comes with Allen wrench and extra screws if needed. YAY!!!
