I am really pleased with the cat tree. It is really sturdy and comfortable fur my cats. Four or five cats can comfortably fit at the same time which is really great. My only complaint was the dangling balls with a bell that concerned me because one of my cats chewed the ball off and I found him playing with it. I ended up taking the dangling bells and balls off and recommend that for safety reasons but it doesn’t bother my cats. They love to play sometimes ringing up and down or other times enjoy hanging out while resting and looking out the window.

BUY THIS CAT TOWER! It is so cute, so functional, and my cats LOVE it. Very good quality. Fairly easy assembly. Bf had it put together in 30 mins. We were on the fence about it maybe being too big for only two cats but it really isn’t, and the several “floors” give them plenty of spots to play on. The double pouch is an extra bonus if you have 2+ cats that are attached to each other, they can sleep “side by side”. Also the top three beds are incredibly soft - my black cat LOVES to sleep on it, maybe even more than the pouch (which is a first)!!!!

Goes together in about 30 minutes. Maybe an hour if you’re not handy. Just separate everything into piles of what they’re labeled. I had the kid fetch the one I needed so it went fast. Plus, I’ve bought 5 cat trees total now!!!….. I like how they all use the same screws so as the cats wear them out playing on them or when we move, I can mix and match them like a Frankenstein Lego cat tree. Either way, decent quality for what they are and they tend to at least a year so far unless you carelessly move them. All in all, keeps the cats off my furniture mostly. The bungee balls will rio off within days sometimes though but I don’t buy it for that. Hammocks hold up to probably a 12 lb cat. Any bigger and it will probably wear out faster but the rest of its sturdy. Love it!!

I have 2 cats, one likes to stay low in hidy areas but my other cat has been obsessed since I put it up. She absolutely loves it! It took me about 2&1/3 -3 hours (I also suck at putting things together) but they could have made the instructions a bit more clear or a video, it was a little complicated in some areas but over all if I can so can you it’s not terrible. The fabric and soft, the tree is very sturdy as I have two bigger cats. The one in the photos has a longer body than my other cat &13.8 pounds and they both fit perfectly. The bigger one uses it way more anyway so great fit. My other tree shown that I have had for 5 years became too small and just too worn out, I was desperate for a new one. This one had good reviews and on sale. I believe it’s worth the hype. The beds above are also big enough and sturdy for her as my other one wasn’t. I love that it has so much more space especially for multiple cats. I plan on getting another one soon so this was very fitting. My cats are dark, one all black and fluffy and the dark fluffy tabby shown. I have a pet roller cleaner that helps and regular vacuuming. But I chose the color so we will see how that goes over time. I also live in an apartment and cannot bolt it to the wall. It’s still very sturdy without it even with my cats on the top. It’s heavy and super functional. Very happy with this product!

For a 72 year old woman, four hours to assemble the cat tree is pretty good. The instructions were clear but I needed to stay focused to understand them and some parts needed a little extra creative thinking to insure they all got secured, e.g. I used the long side of the screwdriver to make sure that the holes aligned before inserting screws. I've contacted support to get two screws which I think were shorter than described as they didn't connect, so, I had to use two of the longer screws to continue the assembly processes. That left me short one screw to complete the last piece to assemble but it was nothing major. I sent a request to the company's product support team to request replacement screws but, after two weeks, there's been no response nor replacement screws sent. That cut down the rating by one star.

The cat seemed to know immediately that this is hers. She loves the ability to escape the dogs, watch all she surveys from above, and she sleeps soundly there knowing she's out of reach. I had to assemble this, of course, but the instructions were clear and all of the parts were there. I didn't think it was difficult, except for the cat scratcher ramp on the front. I was trying to wrangle it into place at the correct angle and didn't have enough hands to do that and get the screw threaded, which led to me leaning on it too heavily, and (particle board) it snapped in half. So that didn't survive the assembly process, but I can't say that it was any great loss. We're all still very happy with this cat tree. She doesn't sleep in either of the hammocks, though she has inspected them thoroughly, but she loves the houses and the three highest platforms. The dogs run around the lower steps and use the left side to get up on a large basket I have in front of the window for them, so everybody has given their seal of approval. The cat tree is sturdy enough for what we're doing and I think the price is fair. It has a strap you can attach to a wall to ensure safety and stability. The plush fabric on it is holding up well and I do catch her swatting at the suspended cat toys sometimes. I'm glad I bought this and would buy another one without a second thought if I had a place to put it.

It took me almost 2 hours to put this tower together, with a 1/2 hr break to clear my mind. The directions are not really too clear but I GotEr done. Worth the money for the enjoyment my three kids are getting out of it.
