I bought this shampoo after I found out about the DMDM ingredient making everyone’s hair fall out in almost all the drugstore shampoos. I like it but I HAVE to wash my hair everyday with this stuff. I’m not a huge fan of the scent but it’s definitely a unisex smell so my husband can use it too. Love the shampoo though! I’ve used this product before and am pretty sure that it’s the real deal, contrary to what another reviewer claimed. I’m still a little suspicious of the $15 price tag, but I’m definitely not complaining! I’ve only used it once so far, but it made my hair super soft, felt very moisturizing, and lathers a lot. I discovered Chi while in Florida and liked its deep clean and its aroma. It is also a good product for thick, dry hair. It has a persistent clean and my hair does not clump nor frizz. Great product for my needs.
