I received this Chi on August 31, 2022, and it’s already got rust on the plates! Today is October 4, 2022, and the return window closed on September 30, 2022! I had 2 others just like this one for 2+ years, and they had less rust on the plates than this one. I want Chi to make this right. I love the straightener, but at $125, I don’t expect it to rust after 30 days. ... show more

    • As far as hair fryers go, this one is tops.
It heats up fast, it straightens fast, and you generally only have to do one pass over a section of hair. If I break it or lose it I’ll buy this one again.
