I have very thick and course hair and needed a curling iron that gets hot enough to curl and keep the curl. This curling iron is incredible! It was easy to use and gets hot quickly. My curls lasted all day. It is light and the ceramic coating allows your hair to stay smooth. Great value!

Love this iron! It heats up very quickly, only takes a few seconds to get that perfect curl that actually holds. I curled all of my hair in less than ten minutes. I brushed through after I curled and they still held. It’s been 24 hrs that I’m writing this and my hair is still holding. No other iron does that for my hair. I returned a higher brand than this one that cost double the price that did not curl. This iron is it! I gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. The placement of the buttons is a pain in the rear. I hit the off button so many times curling my hair and the lower temp buttons. They need new placement. I wish there was a heat setting between 360 and 410. ... show more

OMG. I just purchased this again after trying several other brands touted by social media influencers and people in the hair industry. These other brands tend to be quite expensive and so one would think that means higher quality and and more satisfactory results. That is just not true in this case. I find this tool be superior in several ways. I am not sure why I decided to try other brands but within the past 2 months I have purchased 4 irons and each left my hair more damaged and frizzy than the next. I was becoming paranoid thinking that my hair was changing due to hormones, nutrition deficiencies or weather. I have been spending money left and right to find products to repair damage and vitamins to strengthen and promote growth. I was searching on Amazon for reviews of irons that might be safe to use until I got my hair strong again and this one popped up. I recognized this as the one I had prior to switching and figured I would try it again. I am soooo glad I did. First use was an instant improvement. My hair held the curl? It did not feel fried, it is shinier and I can tell now that the other irons were the problem this whole time. I did one last test and did two curls side by side. I did one curl with this iron and one with the most expensive iron. My hair felt scalded and crispy with the expensive brand. Liked the type of curls this iron made with my hair and left less freeze but the coating starting peeling under the clamp and flack would come off in my hair until I realized what was happening. I think my hair had gotten damaged by the inconsistent heat where it had been peeling. Because it was under the clamp I didn't notice. ... show more
