I have thinning hair (male), and I have been using this for about a year. It hasn't sprouted new hair or returned my hair to its youth, but my hair does feel somewhat thicker, especially in the back. Although I'm not bald, hair at the top of my head is thinning, but this seems to have brought back some thickness. I my usage is about a dime size when I wash my hair.
