Product completely defective, damaged beyond belief and the company CLEARLY knew this before shipping item off. 1.Missing screws 2.Product has sharper market where company tried to “cover” damage. 3.Has CLEAR damage to the front face of product. 4.We kept plugged up for full 20+ hours and didn’t get cold AT ALL.
