  • Sleek design and function. Works fine for gaming as well.
This keyboard is great for those that like a Thinkpad-like typing experience. It's a fast typing keyboard with outstanding features. Great feel, travel, and sound of the keys. I like how the backlit brighness is adjustable, the capability to support wireless, bluetooth, or wired. The keyboard shortcuts work, and you can also download Cherry software to customize it for almost any software or macro. The keyboard also has a power button on the back so you can turn it off. This makes it so much easier to clean out your keyboard without making your PC angry. That by itself is awesome. I've used it for gaming with no problem, and with the keys being mechanical hopefully it will last a lot longer than the old Logitech K740s. Hopfully this keyboard will last many years. Cherry quality. Pricey but worth it. ... show more

  • Great quality - lots of features - somewhat a miss.
Use case: as a keyboard for typing. the keyboard has a fatal flaw, the windows and function keys are in the wrong place. the keys spacing is a little tight more like a laptop than a full size keyboard. that out of the way , will keep the board, its replaced an ancient full size MS multimedia keyboard for now. daily frustrations with the Windows key/ function key placement. the low profile keys are nice , type well, fast action, but not a full stoke typing experience. (like a really nice laptop keyboard) the connection options make it a keeper, the single or multiple connection case works great.. USB, BT, or Wireless-dongle makes this is a keeper but is not going to be my last stop in a search for a keyboard replacement, due to the keys layout and spacing. bottom line seems like a nice wireless board for many different uses, just might not be an all day everyday driver... might work well for mobile use but kind of LONG for a road warrior, unless you really need the 10 key pad Keys... kind of a high price point but would pay more for the right feature set. this is just not it. for me. ... show more

  • Feels PERFECT, but the price is hard to justify for most
Context: I've been using this keyboard for a few months now, & I'm a fairly proficient typist; not a hunt-&-pecker. Pros: This keyboard types REALLY well. This can't be overstated. As a laptop person who doesn't like deep keys or loud clacks, it's my favorite ever. It switches between its 4 interface modes very quickly, has a 10-key (numpad), looks beautiful & professional, sound is satisfying without being too annoying for others (people can still hear you typing over Discord, but not across the house like some switches), you can instantly enable/disable the Windows keys by pressing the Cherry key at the top-right (useful during games), easy to clean, and no functional defects so far. This pros list is only shorter than cons because it's easier to explain; it's still worth it to me overall. Cons: - The price is stupid, obviously. For me, it's worth it to save up for one really nice thing that doesn't require replacement rather than moving from cheapo-to-cheapo & having a bad experience the whole way. - Nothing is customizable. *EDIT*: I learned that you can press CTRL+Shift+Fn to toggle Function Lock. That was my biggest complaint, but now I know better. Of course, there's still no Macro support, but that's not a big deal for me. - Keys aren't very replaceable. I've seen videos of people taking them off, but it looks a bit risky, and good luck finding replacements until the patent for ULP mechanical keys gets passed around like Cherry's other types of keys. This hasn't been an issue for me yet since nothing has broken, but I'm the type to buy something based largely on its serviceability, especially at such a relatively steep price. I made an exception for this because there's no real competition in ULP mechanical keyboards. ... show more

  • Amazing keyboard, slipped under my radar!
First of all, I have never seen or heard of this keyboard, prior to stumbling across it while browsing Amazon. I was not aware that Cherry made such a high performance, ultra low profile keyboard like this! There were not too many reviews, so curiosity got the best of me, and I went for it. What I got was one of the highest quality keyboards I have seen at this price point! The feel and looks of this keyboard sort of remind me of the Corsair K100 Air. That keyboard is made mostly for gaming, this one could work in an office environment, as it is very quiet. It is very lightweight, yet not much frame flex, feels very solid when typing, I'm using it right now to write this. I was also not aware that Cherry made any key switches of this caliber. They are, of course known for very high quality, full travel key switches, of many types. This is the first ultra low profile key switch from them. Yes, it is made in China. But the board is designed in Germany by Cherry, and very well constructed, mine has zero flaws, and is super solid and pleasant to type on...IF you like very low profile, low travel key switches. They have more travel than say, an Apple Magic keyboard, and the feel is much more tactile and pleasant. But they feel nothing like your typical Cherry MX key switch! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, even at its quite steep price point. The quality is there, and if you like very low travel key switches, you'll love typing on this keyboard. I do not use it to game on, so sorry, I can't give much input on that aspect. Almost forgot to mention the outstanding backlight, each and every key is very well, and uniformly lit, looks amazing in low light. It has amazing attention to detail, including a very nice looking shiny chrome bezel around the frame...this keyboard is expensive, but it looks and feels expensive! Zero regrets on this one! ... show more
