I'm doing this review after returning it and reordering A LOT because after reading a lot of reviews and Q&A's I noticed most people said to size down. DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT SIZE DOWN (unless you're wearing it out to go out and you're expecting a specific figure temporarily). BUT... if you're expecting to use it on a daily basis and/or workout either size up 1 or 2 sizes. For example, my mother wears 2XL and she got a 4XL. It's great for exercising and keeping your back straight. At first we ordered a size Large but it was SUPER TIGHT and we couldn't even close it. My mom couldn't even breathe trying to put it on. So we tried an XL and even then it couldn't close, and finally decided to order a 4XL (2 sizes bigger than her regular clothes size). This one was the right size and now she LOVES it! This waist trainer holds everything in, straightens her back, and it's breathable! She can finally move around with one and even do her daily workouts with it on. Moral of the story, size up (1 or 2 sizes from your regular size)!

Placed my order Sunday and received it Wednesday afternoon. I tried it on as soon as I got home from work last night and I love it so far. The clasps work well. I feel like they could be a bit sturdier but they are holding well and seem of good quality. No bad smell....its fabric on the inside and what feels like neoprene on the outside (so I know wearing it to the gym will be productive) and smells as expected. There is no harsh smell or anything of the sort. The fit is perfect. I'm five five and my torso area is about 12 or 13 inches from under boob area to my pubic area. My waist is 35 to 36 inches but I ordered a 2xl for the extra fit. No complaints. The shoulder straps feel sturdy and don't dig into my shoulders at all. So far I'm impressed. Side note this device is not simply going to 'shape your waist' on its own. You have to do your part as well. I'm wear this now for a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I feel great. Great back support option for those with back issues.

I ordered this May 25, 2018 and at first I loved it! It went on nice and tight, the material felt like good quality. I ordered a small Im about 160lbs 5'5 and at first I thought it wasnt going to fit me. And having acrylic nails it was a struggle to put on but I did it. I had it on and it felt great it had a nice tightness to it, I was happy. The only thing was that my back fat popped out from near the back of my armpit area making it look a little funny but to me it really wasn't a big issue it just meant I had to work out my back a little more. I was happy and only used it when working out(3-4 times a week if I remember to put it on) . My workouts consists on cardio on the stair master and doing free weights. Well two weeks in and the second hook of the clincher came off, still I thought no biggie the rest still work fine and will still close and hold everything in place. Today (3 weeks after receiving this product) as I was working out my waist trainer ripped! I became so disappointed in this product because it felt like the material was good. I've had other waist trainers before made of latex and yeah the wires came off and poked the hell out off me but never did they ripped like this and lasted for quite some time. Their material was way stronger than this. Sadly very disappointed that this product didnt last very long.

This runs very very small. I had to return for a bigger size. The quality, the price, the look, and feel is there but the sizing is way off. If you wear a XL, you may need an XXL or evan an XXXL.

This product is awesome. I was a bit skeptical because I've tried others before and they all ride up or push out fat. This vest is awesome. It keeps everything where it needs to be. My waist size is 37 and I ordered a large just to be safe. It fits perfectly. I struggle the normal amount to put it ok. It takes me less than 5 mins. It does not show under your clothes. However I can't wear a wired bra under it because it makes my boobs pop out and perk up and they look extremely fake. I have to wear either a sports bra or a wireless bra under. I was able to wear it about 2 hours the first time before I needed a break. Its a bit hard to sit and lean down the first few tries. But then t adjusts nicely. The material is awesome, soft and stretchy. Not at all hard and stiff. I was going to purchase one for $125. I'm so glad I went for this one. For the price it is amazing quality. It arrived super quick too. Just on time.

I absolutely love love love this waist trainer. Mine came in the mail yesterday and I have not taken it off! I had to get some help to get it on but it was well worth it. I ordered a Large and needed to pull it in about 2 inches with the help of my aunt we got it on. I even took a shower with it on after my work out. I will be wearing this as much as possible. This morning I put on a fitted tank top to minimize the outline of the snaps. With the shirt I wore to work you have no idea that I am evening wearing the waist trainer. I look so good and fine. I will be ordering more for both my daughters and my aunt. I love it and I highly recommend this product!! Also, It is long so you have full torso coverage and it will get rid of waist and back handles. Nothing to think about. Best money you will ever spend.
