this was the worst foundation I've ever used. I got some on my blouse and bathroom counter and NOTHING would get it off. I looked like I had a hideous mask on. Had to was my face several times, I even tried Dawn liquid to wash it off my hands and face. Would love to send it back but too much trouble and no point. I have combo, mature skin. This foundation has been challenging for me. It is definitely full coverage. I've never had to wash off my face and start over so many times. If I don't extensively prep my skin (including the CT magic cream recommended), it makes the texture of my skin look awful, and does not blend out easily, then it looks splotchy and scaly. If I extensively prep with moisturizers, and use the tiniest drip of this, I can get it to blend out pretty well. I can do it with fingers or brush, but probably a wet sponge would work best. However then it is no longer full coverage, it's more like a tinted moisturizer. It may just be that I'm not comfortable with full coverage and don't know how to pull it off without feeling like I'm wearing an unnatural mask. I definitely feel this on my face all day. I even have to use makeup remover on my hands afterwards to get this off, so the "seal" is excellent. It does settle into wrinkles somewhat, if I use the CT primer/setting spray, it becomes minimal. I wasn't sure what color would work best for me, so ordered 2 to compare. The palm of my hand isn't a good comparison with my skin color but my picture is a good side by side of 1N and 3C. ... show more

This is a true full coverage foundation so depending on your needs, its either good or too much. I first applied over a light moisturizer. I picked a great shade for me 3C but i looked “overly made up”. For me it works great thinned down with moisturizer. Applied lightly it looks great. I also used a flat brush to even out. Im giving 4 stars because its great quality and i found a way to use it that looks more natural. How does this compare to DiorForever Skin Glow foundation? I like Dior best. ... show more

I finally found the right shade 3C but omg, this stuff is NOT for mature women. It totally cracked and pilled over my primer and both were according to Charlotte Tillbury “compatible”! This is an excellent product and I have used it for a couple of years I know it is a little pricey but well worth the money. It makes your face look very nice. Glad you can purchase it on amazon so you can get it quickly when you run out.
