At first this foundation seemed too thick but with some practice I was able to apply it properly and I achieved a nice, even coverage. I needed only a tiny bit. I am not apt to often wear “full” makeup but this worked well. I have combination skin, use a cleanser and then moisturizer, and most often just powder. I think this will work out for me. The foundation stayed, and looked good all day and even stayed well overnight; it didn’t even get on the pillow. It felt light and didn’t make my pores look larger and had a slight sheen or glow that disappeared when powdered. I did have a bit of caking that required touch up. Especially after I had a couple hot flashes. Removing it was more involved; soap and water wouldn’t remove the foundation I had put on the back of my hand as I used it and it needed some cold cream and brisk rubbing to remove it. So it went with my face. I’m pleased with the product, although the price seems a bit high. The bottle is beautiful and substantial, if that makes a difference to you. ... show more

I love the way that it goes on smooth and is long lasting my only complaint is the fact it’s hard to match the shade of skin to which color I thought I got the right shade but it’s way to light and I won’t be able to use the product now. But if you are able to match your skin to the correct shade you will love this foundation it’s made very very well and it’s almost like waterproof in a way so they are telling the truth about the long lasting part. ... show more
