This is the first time ive actually been able to conceal (completely!) the dark circles around my eyes. I still cant believe it works! It glides on smooth and its a breeze to blend. One of the best concealers I’ve used. It has a lightweight formula that can be built up easily for the coverage you need without feeling heavy on the skin. It lasts all day while keeping the skin hydrated and comfortable, never looking dry or cakey. The pigmentation is excellent, and it comes in a wide range of shades to suit different skin tones perfectly.

Amazing concealer. It goes on really smooth, one dab will fully cover a blemish, so, a little goes a long way. Somehow it really does blur imperfections. It doesn't crease and it stays put all day. Worth the extra money.

This product is amazing! It is highly pigmented and it's got great ingredients in it that care for your skin! I suffer from a severe hyperkeratinization skin disorder that often leaves me with lesions that scab over, or leaves little spots of raw skin, and I know you're not supposed to put makeup on open sores... but sometimes, even on my clearest days I still will have a few tiny red spots and I don't feel like wearing a mask every day of the year! The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because this product will not stick to those spots and it actually makes them stand out even more! If you suffer from acne or any other kind of skin lesions, I recommend Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer With Hyaluronic Acid, as it works much better to cover actual blemishes. It is just as highly pigmented and the bottle is much bigger, and about $15 cheaper! All of that being said, if you have normal, healthy skin, this is a great product! Long lasting and a little goes a very long way. It blends into your skin beautifully; so well that you can't see that you're wearing makeup! The formula is so light that you cannot feel it, either. It doesn't settle into fine lines (for reference, I'm 44 yrs old). I can see why all the hype about this product, and I have recommended it to several friends. Also, if you use the Charlotte Tilbury shade matching tool, it is extremely accurate and you will find your exact shade match! I was very impressed, because without it, I definitely would have ordered something more yellow or olive-tinged, because I'm half-Asian and I always assume Asian = warm yellow/olive shades. The tool clocked me as a light neutral, which I never would have guessed I was, but it was the most perfect match I've ever had!

Customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to return the product since March. It cost me $36 and I can’t use it and Amazon and Charlotte Dillsbury are bouncing me back-and-forth and putting me in the middle about who’s gonna give me my money back. It’s ridiculous. Do not order anything from the companies until they can straighten things out. I’m filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau against Amazon and Charlotte Tillberry because of the poor customer service and putting the customer in the center of a battle between two companies that are much larger than one individual person just so they can receive a refund.
