I think this is a good stand that would fit either your Quest 3 or 2. It was pretty easy to snap together, but you'll have to use a little common sense in the instructions. The part for the controllers looks different, but the pieces can only fit together in one way, so you can't really put it in backwards. The instructions don't say much about connecting the USB-C cables but it should be intuitive. Once it's together, it holds your headset and controllers well. I like that the controller holders are basic so if you have a grip on them or even those rechargeable grips like I do, you can fit them in as the holder is flexible. You can hang your headset at the rear, but I just use that part to hold up the back of my halo strap. It doesn't come with a USB-C cable so you'll have to use your own. Other than that- it seem pretty sturdy put together. The instructions could be better, but either way it took less than 5 minutes to put it all together.

This dock is great! I wanted to get my quest out of the closet and set up on my desk and this works and looks great. It will charge the quest itself, but not the controllers. It does have a cool futuristic look too. I really like this dock!

I took two adults (a graphic designer and a woodworker) who have reasonable spatial skills about an hour to put this simple device together. One of the reasons was because the directions (pictures only) included pictures of pieces that were not part of the kit. The instructions need to be updated. Furthermore, there were not pictures to show us how to connect the wires. So once we figured out how to put it together, we had to take it apart because the wires didn't connect properly. Now that it is together, the pieces have broken apart once and had to reassembled. And it is difficult for my arthritic hands to plug in the headset before placing it on the stand because the cord is so short. Frankly, it is simply too much effort for too little value.

Works great except one very minor design flaw - the cord keeper on the stand is about 1mm off. It doesn't quite like up to hold the cord in place. Works fine without it. Overall a pretty good stand.

I haven't upgraded to the quest 3 yet but this stand works with my quest 2 until I do. The assembly instructions could've been a bit more detailed, but I got it put together within a couple of minutes. This thing looks pretty cool and has a pulsing blue light on the front that illuminates while charging. I have a custom oversized head band on mine, and it still fits very well on the charging stand. Very cool!

This is a nice charger stand that works well for my oculus 2. It clipped together like the directions said, some pieces had to be pushed in a little harder than I expected and the instructions also show the controller holder backwards but it's obvious it can only fit one way. It works very well, it's a little awkward putting the controllers in place and getting them out but overall it's worth buying.
