My grandson loved all the features: looks cool and is compact. Saves you money with the rechargeable battery but there is a charging issue. You have to maneuver the controllers in a weird way straight down but the controllers have a wrist cord. As for the headset charger, I don’t know if my grandson is setting it down correctly but it seems to take a long time to charge. He uses it for the lights and to charge the controllers needed (they stay charged for days!) and I believe he is just using the plug for his headset. Like I said it’s cute, it’s compact, it saves you money but due to the way it’s configured it’s not working for its intended purpose

This product was ordered in September and it stopped working in November it does not completely charge the meta Quest 3 headset like it says it does you have to toy around with it and then all the sudden the main charge for the headset stopped working. I would not recommend they won't give me a return either even though it's only 2 months past the date I think you should have more than 30 days to return a product.

My only issue with this product so far is that if you have a battery head strap that is back heavy like the one I have the BoboVR M3 Pro when you put your headset in the charging dock the weight of the headstrap will cause your headset to lean backwards due to the weight of the headstraps battery dock to where it will the headset backwards slightly causing the headset to be not in the correct position with the charging ports but after a while you can learn how to angle the back of your head strap to act as a kickstand to keep the device in place other than that issue this is a good device and I suggest it especially if you have a basic stock fabric head strap or a head strap that is not going to be back heavy that will unevenly distribute the total weight of the headset and battery headstrap.

I received this product several weeks ago and didn't want to review it until I had really given it a thorough try. I've purchased two other products very similar and they worked great for a couple weeks and then they didn't charge or stopped lighting up or the rechargeable batteries gave up... it has been a crap shoot really, so this one was getting a couple months of a test drive. Thankfully, after a couple months this one is still working perfectly even though my sons aren't the softest or most gentle when they need to charge one of their devices. If I'm being very honest about my children, this item managed to get kicked across the living room on week three because my youngest left it in the floor and my oldest has no ability to look where he walks and it STILL WORKS. If you've been looking for one like this, but needed to know if it was worth it - this one is worth it. Kicked across a room, dropped, etc and still going strong. It is a little brighter than I hoped, but depending on where you place it you may have zero issue with the bright lights. I just suggest not setting up right beside a bed or on a night stand. It's also amazing how many people love the way it looks on our gaming stand. It just draws the eye and everyone who comes by notices and admires it. My boys feel super cool getting to show it off.

This product is excellently designed, I love almost everything about it from the form factor to the build to the integrated pin charging. But after I set it up I couldn’t get the pin charging on the headset to work consistently. I wasn't to bothered until the controller charger also just stopped working a week or two into using it. It really sucks because I like the product and I can't tell if it is a problem with specifically mine or if this could happen to others. Either way, buyer beware!

Was excited to try the charging dock despite the reviews. Dock charges both headset and controllers at the same time, however if headset is not balance correct doesn't charge. Would think the pins would be a little more magnetic. Quality is good but headset dock needs to be redesigned for a easier connection point. Good price for the money. Able to fit in a small space and when able to maneuver headset in the right spot performance is great as it charges the headset fast. Very easy to use. If I was the manufacturer I would have a bracket made in order to support the headset with aftermarket head bands to offset the weight. Overall happy with purchase but will be investing into another dock due to I imagine it will become frustrating at tike when connecting headset.
