More user error, but appreciate it lights when charging so at least I know there id something weong. Green even indicates fully charge vs blue is charging so really meaningful light design.

This works great so far. It has everything I want: -Slim profile (my previous charging dock that broke was at least twice as big horizontally) -Holds my Quest 3 up for charging along with the attached KIWI Design H4 strap. -The holder parts in the back prevent the H4 from hanging off the front face of the headset and let me easily plug in my H4 so it can dual charge itself and the headset in a safe position. -The controllers work great so far but I can't comment specifically on full charge battery life. But it works great for charging the controllers and holding in place. My last docks chargeable joystick slots stopped working suddenly -Great price for value

I got two for my grandkids. After about a month, one of the controllers quit charging. On the other one, the cord that hooks to the headset quit charging. I'm disappointed with the item. I was looking forward to the charging station! I am tired of buying batteries!

I am totally satisfied with the Metaquest 3 charging doc and met all my expectations. I had another Metaquest charging doc which was difficult to put the controllers on to charge and it just stopped charging the headset. This one charges fast, easy to put everything on the stand and I love the light display colors. Easy to put together and impressive looking. Also like that it came with rechargeable batteries and extra battery covers. My Grandson really liked it too and he didn't have any trouble putting everything back correctly. I would highly recommend this docking station. Hope it lasts a long time.

My child loves this. It charges fast and amazing lights the changes color randomly or you can preset your desired color. The controller charging dock has color charging light indicator letting you know that it's charging, and a different color lighting letting you know that devices are fully charged. I highly recommend this product. Easy set up and doesn't take up a lot of space. This was an awesome buy.
