The station uses magnetic alignment, which ensures a perfect connection every time. My headset charges fully in just a few hours, and the controllers also get a full charge in a similar timeframe. There’s an LED indicator that shows the charging status, though it’s not overly bright, which is great for keeping the setup in a bedroom or dimly lit room. I recently discovered that my Meta Quest 3 has wireless charging capability, which I wasn’t aware of until I came across a charging pad specifically designed for it. This charging pad includes rechargeable batteries for the controllers, and it’s important to ensure the silver side is facing outward before securing it with the cover provided. The pad also features a USB-A output, which is great since I needed an extra port for charging other devices—a nice bonus! The LED lights on the pad indicate charging status, with separate L and R markers for the controllers. When charging, the LED bar below the pad lights up orange, and it turns green once fully charged. I love the sleek look, and it really adds some character to the charging setup. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it if you’re in the market for a charging solution for your Meta Quest 3. It not only looks great but performs well, making it a worthwhile investment! Update: only minor challenging thing is if you are using the elite strap it doesn’t stay properly on the wireless charging pins have to wiggle few times to get the right spot.

It was not working correctly right out of the box. I read some of the reviews that stated it would not charge one of the controllers after a few days/week. Mine would not charge the left controller from the start. I did notice a film over the contacts on both of the new covers and thought that was it..Nope. I removed the films and even swapped the batteries with the working one, ensuring they were installed properly. Still not working. Returning this tomorrow and waiting for a different brand to come in.

This product is exactly what I wanted, I was looking for a way to keep everything together and charged, I chose this product based on reviews and design, at the price point I wasn’t sure what I’d be getting quality wise, but to my pleasant surprise it arrived, it was sturdy, and felt well made, I like the LED it adds a modern touch but not over done. Doesn’t get hot at all, never gives me no problem making the charging connection. Overall, this product gets 5stars all around
