One of the rechargeable batteries tabs was not broken BUT it was defected. I did not bother to send it back. We will just snap it off and cross our fingers. The fan runs quietly.

the fan is kinda loud but if you have headphones or your tv/monitor has some loud volume then its fine. and the headphone stand is kind of trash i recommend not using it if you dont have a wireless headset. but ive been using it for my setup and i feel like it keeps things more tidy.

I've had the stand a few weeks now and it's working perfectly for me. 1 battery carries my controller all afternoon/evening after work on a single charge, I have to swap out on the rare occasion I game most of the day but you can charge the extra battery without a second controller. Currently using this in combination with dust filters and it's keeping my console running cool and efficiently. The only flaw I see so far is the lack of additional USB ports, it only ads one additional in the front to make up for the one it has to be plugged into. Be aware too, the headstand piece is the worst part about it. Even a minor bump or an item that's unbalanced and it'll fall or break right off. ... show more
