Frankly this is a downright good replacement for 100 watt Apple charger. Not only is the size substantially smaller than the original it also lives up to its claims I was able to charge my battery bank at 90 watts on the input and accounting for some losses in the cable I say this charger easily reached it's 100 watt rated output. The actual charger and cable do look and feel like original Apple accessories, but on more of a budget the actual body of the charger is in strikingly similar to the original and the cable has a similar braiding style to Apples, but the tips are a little cheaper. After using it to charge my 20,000mah battery at a continuous 100 Watts I reached a temperature of 133° f or 55° C which I'd say is more than acceptable for a charger of this class. So charging speed is definitely not a concern it lives up to its name and the cable didn't get even slightly warm throughout the entire process. Everything feels quite Stout and and the charger itself feels solid in the hand. Being a charger obviously it's Plug and Play I had no issues charging any device I plugged into it and no matter what device I plugged into it including my Samsung devices they all defaulted to their fastest charging speeds. Overall for the low price and surprisingly good quality I'd say this is a great replacement for anybody looking for a 100 watt charging brick. I will continue using this charger on daily basis and update my review if anything goes wrong with it. ... show more

I am 72. I remember the days when, if you forgot to plug your laptop in overnight, it was a struggle to get it fully powered up when you were using it the next day. The reason for this was twofold: 1) the laptop batteries were not as powerful and efficient as they are today and 2) chargers/charging blocks and cords were also weaker than today. Although the listing specifies that this product was designed for Apple products, it has a common USB-C extension and easily can be used with other brands. Careful though. This device at 100W is very powerful and, although the majority of today's devices have protective features that will deny too much power, it is best to excercise caution so your device is not damaged. I am using the charger principally to power my HP Envy laptop. The HP OEM charger wattage is 90W, but my device handles the 100W of this new charger with ease. My laptop powers up from virtually 0% power to 100% in slightly under 1 hour. What a luxury. The charger has not gotten unduly warm as I have used it and the build quality seems very solid. The price solidified my 5 star rating. The MSRP of the OEM product is over double of the regular list price of this charger on Amazon. ... show more

I’ve cycled through enough USB-C chargers to spot the difference between “adequate” and “actually engineered.” This 100W SaturnDock charger leans firmly toward the latter. It’s been rock-solid powering both my MacBook Pro 16-inch (M2) and MacBook Air (M1) with full-speed delivery, and it maintains a remarkably low heat profile even during extended sessions. I also appreciate that it negotiates power intelligently with other devices—no voltage spikes or handshake hiccups across my iPads or USB-C accessories. The build is excellent for a third-party charger. So I actually got this to try on my Razer, to see if it would work. Fortunately, it does! Charges the same speed as using my big brick, so I'm glad compatibility was there. Seems to be made alright, it's held up well to being thrown in my backpack every day. Works well, and maintains 100 percent battery when plugged in. For the great price, I have no complaints.
