This is the ONLY eye makeup remover I would ever use. A Chanel representative introduced me to it at a makeup counter and boy did I love it. No pushing, rubbing on my delicate eye area. Instead I moisten a pad and lay it on my waterproof eye makeup and it melts eyerything off. My eyes are never irritated. I can open them if needed and see clearly to talk to my husband or find the phone, etc. No oily residue like other eye makeup removers - most important. Purchased as a gift. Product arrived quickly, was wrapped and sealed by manufacturer, and fresh. You will know it's fresh if the bottle seal is in place and the contents have not yet separated. Once the seal is removed and air gets to it, the soulution separates and needs to be gently mixed before use. It is more costly than other makeup removers but is by far the fastest and most gentle. Greasy feel. Have to shake it as it has chemicals that separate and when applied it feels so greasy and doesn’t remove makeup just smears it into your skin. Accidentally bought 2 and Wanted to return but not eligible for return.

I buy this eye makeup remover all the time at Dillard’s and love it. First time I ordered on line and it is defective. Once you open seal and gentle shake should blend - this one does not. Clear liquid stays on top and blue stays on bottom. I did not check and unfortunately the vendor does not take returns. ... show more
