So, it’s not necessarily designed as a sports equipment bag and more of a large piece of luggage. The bag is huge and was much bigger than expected. It definitely has enough room for anything you want to put in it and its at a good price. My son has all his catchers equipment including hockey style helmet, batting helmet, fielding and catchers gloves, 2 bats, cleats, water bottles, and still has space. ... show more

We have two of these and they see a lot of use and abuse. THey are still holding up well. Fits a full set of catchers gear with room for a lot more.

    • Essentially a big duffel bag
We ended up returning this bag for a couple reasons. The bag itself is huge - but the materials used don't give you the impression it could stand up to being filled up and stand the abuse. It felt like a large duffel bag with relatively thin body material. If the equipment going in was light, or was just for one player, it might last a season. Unfortunately, for a team bag, it just didn't seem to be sturdy enough for season(s) of use. We ended up buying a specific bat bag for a bunch of bats and a mesh / netted bag with draw string top for equipment and they've each held up well. ... show more

My son is a 6ft tall catcher who also plays 3rd base. All of his equipment, 2 pairs of shoes and his bat fit in this bag. He likes the size of it and I liked the price. Half as much as other catchers bags.
