abunda_amazon_reviews I finally got a chance to take it camping. All of the driveway test were good. I live at an altitude of 4700 ft. I camp at 10500 ft in the Utah mountains. This generator would run everything except the A/C in my trailer. When I got home I called the manufacturer and he was great to deal with. He had me upgrade my spark plug which I can get it anywhere. He also had me give him the number off the carburetor and is sending me a high altitude carb kit. He explained that the carbs are factory set for 3500 ft and that they loose 3% for every 1000ft above that. So doing the math 10500-3500= 7000 ft x 3%= a loss of 21% of the generators output. What was really nice he did it all for free. Yup that right FREE. I am really impressed with my Champion Generator.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Technical Support;;Dale H.;;;I've had this 3 years now and up until Hurricane Matthew this week I'd only run it a few hours at a time for minor power outages. During Matthew we were without power for 51 hours and I ran the generator for about 45 of those hours. In all that time I only used 8 gallons of gas. I have this connected to a Reliance Controls 6 circuit transfer switch (you need a $60 adapter cord since it's not a 240v generator) and it was like the power outage never happened. Best feature is the remote start/stop when I could turn it off at night while in bed. On about half a load I was getting 10+ hours on a tank so no middle of the night fill ups. I ran my fridge, TV and Directv, multiple lights, microwave, dishwasher, garage door opener, modem, router, and gas furnace blower all without issues. Super happy with this generator.;;Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Fantastic during Hurricane Matthew 51 hour power outage;;B. Mathew;;;We went through a storm, and I lost use of my oxygen generator. NEVER AGAIN. Could not be more pleased with this purchase. Received well boxed with plenty of foam. Opened the top and end of the box, everything was packaged separately, and the unit was in a full wrap plastic bag. I noticed a small puddle of oil in the bottom of the bag as I pulled it down, and checked the dipstick. The crankcase was empty, but there was oil on the dipstick. I think the last QC check was a flush of the crankcase or a hydraulic pressure check. At any rate, I dried the spots where oil was on the frame, it never reappeared. A container of the correct amount of oil, and a funnel, are supplied. Two bolts install the wheels (which are ball bearing); two bolts hold the pull handle; and two bolts hold the floor bumper. Then just snapped on the air cleaner cover. Everything went perfectly. Installed the wires to the battery (I switched to the top screw clamp). Added the oil. I added a gallon of gas (same octane as my car). After turning the fuel valve on I let it sit about 5 minutes to allow the fuel to feed down. Flipped on the 2 switches and hit the start button - in under 2 seconds it was running without a glitch. Let it run about 20 minutes. There were no oil or gas leaks, and the small appliances I plugged in worked. A couple of additional items. The engine is OHV, and uses a cast iron cylinder. This is far better than aluminum and it lasts FAR longer, plus can be rebuilt down the road. All the mechanics are rubber mounted, meaning less vibration and quieter running. When running, I carried on a normal conversation with my wife, and the unit made no effort to vibrate out of position. The muffler/spark arrestor is large and well mounted. I could not be happier. I didn't see any flaw in manufacturing, assembly, or packaging. PS. I also got the 25 ft cord and cover. Both items are the same high standard.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Product;;Camera Bug;;;I did my research before purchasing this, and I have to say that this lived up to all of my expectations. This was my first ever generator and I'm no expert by any means. Basically I wanted to be able to power my refrigerator, an electric heater, lights and a TV, and I wanted to be able to turn the thing on without going outside. AND I wanted to be able to move it around easily (meaning it had to have wheels). This served all of my needs.;;Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Everything You Need;;Erin Dobbin;;;Ultimately this was not the generator for us. We bought it and realized right away it was too heavy and not powerful enough for the purpose we bought it for - for our travel trailer and it's 15k A/C. It's about 140lbs which is heavy but it does have wheels and a handle so carting it around on the ground was not a problem. We were more concerned with it fitting in the back of our SUV trunk as we hauled our trailer behind us. It did fit, but just barely and we decided it was too heavy and bulky to be lifting in and out of the trunk all the time. Also, it would not run our travel trailer A/C. It could handle the heater, and the microwave if nothing else was running, and it charged up our trailer batteries and lights just fine, but on a 90 degree day when we tried to have the trailer AC run off the generator, it would only run about a minute at a time before stopping. We managed to cool the trailer off this way but it was annoying having to restart it constantly. It is noticeably louder than our other "whisper" generator but I did not find it any louder than most regular generators. A couple next to us at the RV park did come over and ask that we turn it off because the noise was bothering them (this was around 2pm), but later that day we noticed other RV's running generators just as loud so maybe they were just picky. We now keep the generator in the garage and we'll use it for an emergency back up generator. It does seem to have some nice features and I have no problem moving it around on flat surfaces, and having known very little about generators I was able to set it up and use it easily. So I don't really have any specific complaints about this generator and it seemed like a good product, it just didn't work for our needs.;;Reviewed in the United States on August 28, 2017;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Good generator but couldn't handle our RV AC;;Krista;;;I did a TON of research before buying this unit. Electric start and remote control you cant compete. Awesome for camping and easy for my wife to use! Great power, never had a problem running A/C with Coffee or Crock Pot running. Cant beat the price point, Would buy again! Con: Not the quietest on the market but we don't use it in a campground setting. We take it with us to the race track where everyone is running a genny or just set it on the back side of camper.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2017;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Awesome for camping and easy for my wife to use;;LARZ

Both items are the same high standard.

Everything You Need
I did my research before purchasing this, and I have to say that this lived up to all of my expectations. This was my first ever generator and I'm no expert by any means. Basically I wanted to be able to power my refrigerator, an electric heater, lights and a TV, and I wanted to be able to turn the thing on without going outside. AND I wanted to be able to move it around easily (meaning it had to have wheels). This served all of my needs.

Good generator but couldn't handle our RV AC
Ultimately this was not the generator for us. So I don't really have any specific complaints about this generator and it seemed like a good product, it just didn't work for our needs.

Awesome for camping and easy for my wife to use
I did a TON of research before buying this unit. Electric start and remote control you cant compete. Awesome for camping and easy for my wife to use! Great power, never had a problem running A/C with Coffee or Crock Pot running. Cant beat the price point, Would buy again! Con: Not the quietest on the market but we don't use it in a campground setting. We take it with us to the race track where everyone is running a genny or just set it on the back side of camper.
