For years I have been leaving chain saws on the floor of my trailer, only to move them around when I needed to get something else out. When I started searching for a solution to this problem I came across this. Here are my thoughts: The chain saw hangers arrived quickly and were packaged appropriately for what they are. They come with the two mounts, some adhesive felt stickers for going over the steel where they make contact with the saw and a large bag of mounting hardware. The mounts are thick steel and boast a very nice powder coated finish. The hardware is black and comes with everything you would need to install in wood or masonry. The installation went smoothly, and without issue. The saws hang up with ease and they DO NOT LEAK!!! That is the coolest part about this mounting system. The saws fit perfectly. Super excited about these, and am very happy with the end result! Recommended!

Got this to hold the chainsaw on the wall in the utility shed we have down by the pool. I store a couple of different hand and pole saws from the rafters in that shed, and this helps to complete the Freddy Krueger / Friday the 13th look of the shed, it's a sharp object nightmare to those that dare visit the shed. Seriously, it's the best way to hang the saw, out of the way, rather than having it get knocked about when sitting on the workbench, or taking up too much room on the shelf. I'm all for things that help me put tools away, and be organized. I just wish I learned the importance of this 20 years ago.

I have four pairs of chainsaw hangars from four different manufacturers. All four sets are virtually identical - right down to the orange coating. They all mount exactly the same and all hold up to (approx.) 300#. All sell for about $30 (+/- $3). And none of them have anything that truly sets them apart from any other set. This set, however, does seem a bit more 'square' and the hooks are wider. For the most part I doubt that would make a difference, but I prefer to hang my saws with the blade down and the wider hook does not fit well into the butt-end handle of the saw.

These work surprisingly well - I run a tree service business on the side and these work great for hanging saws up in the garage and keeping oil drippage under control. Put a 5gal bucket or a pan under where you hang your saws to get the mess and this will keep them up out of the way. Good quality steel too

I have 2 chainsaws. A Stihl 251c and a husky 455 rancher. The stihl fits fine on the closet notch to the wall. The rancher will not fit by maybe 1/4 of an inch. This forces you to hang it on the outter notch. They are heavy duty. The hardware is garbage and extremely soft.
