This works well for my PT exercises. Seems well made. I have only used the light one, but there is no pinching like with the rubber ones. These are comfortable and work well.

The media could not be loaded. Made of durable material. Well stitched. Colors are nice. They do have a slight odor, but I'm sure it is just from packaging and will wear off. Bands come with a drawstring net bag which I will also use as a laundry bag for them. The manual gives examples of a few exercises. There are so many more out there, just look up on YouTube. I bought mainly to strengthen my gluteus minimus, which I've torn. I will also use these while siting at my desk for abductions. I'm at work, so i am in jeans, but the band does not slip. I have yet to test on bare skin. They do have two bands of non slip material on inside. Ive done a few now while sitting and already feel it in my glutes. Out of the box, great quality & resistance.
