After a short period of adjusting to it, three days, I found it very comfortable. It provides excellent supp ort for my head and makes sleeping on my side much better. And added bonus my pillowcases fit it really well. The cooling effect is an added plus. I did not notice any untoward smell.

Are cervical spine issues a big pain in the neck for you? If so, then this pillow is for you. I have been dealing with neck pain issues for years and despite many chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy, my chronic neck pain persisted. Tired of taking pain pills every morning, I began searching for a good cervical support pillow. Being a retired engineer, my search was very exhaustive I went through all the various available pillow types available on Amazon. However the more I looked, the more I kept coming back to this pillow as it met all of my required criteria (design, adjustability, washable cover, etc.). After using it for over 2 weeks I can tell that my perseverance paid off. After receiving the pillow I was impressed by the workmanship and quality of the materials. I tried using it on both the high and low sides and found that I prefer the low side since I am a side sleeper (your preference may vary). The firmness is just right and it retains its shape all night long. Another nice feature is that a normal pillowcase can be used over it with no loss of function if that is your preference (although the cover is machine washable). After about 2 weeks of use, my sleep quality has improved and my I no longer wake up with a sore neck. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. In short, if you have sleep and neck pain issues, give this pillow a try - you will be very glad you did!

Bothers my ear sometimes; may be my fault with how I am sleeping on it. Fits my head & neck well & love the comfort of the pillow, however sometimes it just doesn’t seem to fit for me on my left side so I end up turning to my right side again. That’s a bummer. I’ve been using this cervical pillow for a couple of days now, and it has really helped with my neck alignment and morning stiffness. It’s more on the firmer side, which might not be for everyone, but I personally find the support excellent. The contour design keeps my head and neck in the right position whether I’m sleeping on my back or side. The materials feel durable and the cover is soft and breathable. I’m giving it 4.5 stars only because I wish it had just a bit more cushioning on the top layer—but overall, it’s a great pillow for anyone who prefers firm support and proper posture. Definitely worth trying!
