Game changer for neck pain
I’ve been dealing with some ongoing neck issues, and this pillow has honestly made a noticeable difference. The ergonomic design really supports my neck and keeps everything aligned while I sleep. It took a night or two to get used to the contour shape, but once I did, I started waking up with much less stiffness and discomfort. The memory foam feels high quality—not too firm but still supportive—and it works well whether I’m on my side or back. I also like that it keeps its shape and doesn’t flatten out overnight. Overall, this is definitely a good pillow if you need proper neck support. It’s been a helpful addition to my routine, and I’m glad I gave it a try.

Great supportive pillow!
So far, so good! I have neck issues due to having had cervical fusion years ago. I often wake up with stiffness and decreased mobility. This pillow is great! It is well made, and I like the two different heights you can choose from on the pillow. It is so soft but also supportive and the perfect shape. The pillow supports my head and neck well and I wake up with my neck much less stiff than I did in the past with other pillows (and I've tried many). I wouldn't be surprised if over time I wake up with no stiffness at all. I don't know how they figured out the shape, but while it looks very different from any pillow I've used in the past it is perfect!

Cool and supportive, but feels stiff and spongy, works best for sleeping on back
Pros: The pillow provides firm support and definitely aligns the spine as it should, esp. when sleeping on my back. My neck pain and stiffness seem to be stable, and I'm now less concerned about awakening in a bad position that causes pain. The coolness of the pillow is very nice. The pillow is very lightweight and of good quality. Cons: The stifnness of the memory foam makes it less plush than I would like. The center cavity is not wide and deep enough, and as a result, I feel like I am resting my head on a thin bar stool cushion meant for heavy duty use. I added a pillowcase to try to reduce the odd feeling of sleeping on a stiff sponge. After more than 3 weeks of trying this, every night still feels like a "chore", as I try to find comfort. Sleeping on my side is even worse. Although my doctor says I'm really just average height and neck length, the center cavity seems a little too far away from the edge (no matter which way I flip it). So, when attempting to side sleep, it's hard to get my head to fully rest in the center cavity, making me feel like I am propping my head up unnecessarily. As I sleep, I wind up turning onto my back as a result, which is OK, as long as my head is still within the center of the small-ish cavity.

Great support for side sleeping but pillowcases tend to slip
The Besyodo Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain Relief features a highly effective ergonomic design that provides excellent neck support for a variety of sleeping positions. The contoured memory foam does a wonderful job of cradling the head and aligning the spine, which is incredibly helpful for reducing morning stiffness in the neck and shoulders. It maintains its shape well throughout the night, offering a firm yet comfortable foundation that works particularly well for side and back sleepers who need targeted orthopedic relief. While the physical support from the memory foam is impressive, the unique contour shape presents a minor practical challenge when it comes to standard bedding. I found it was quite difficult to put a standard pillowcase on this pillow due to its specialized ergonomic curves. Furthermore, because of the slick material of the built-in protective cover and the pillow's unique shape, standard pillowcases kept slipping off during the night for some reason. It requires a bit of readjustment to keep the bedding secure, which might be a consideration if you prefer using your own matching sheet sets. The overall build quality of the foam is durable and it lacks the strong chemical odor that often accompanies new memory foam products. The included cover is breathable and feels soft against the skin if you choose to use it without an additional layer. It is a fantastic therapeutic tool for addressing sleep posture and minimizing chronic discomfort, even if the exterior design requires a little extra patience with standard linens. For anyone prioritizing structural neck support over standard pillow aesthetics, this model delivers a very comfortable and restful night of sleep.

Buy it if you want the best sleep ever!
This pillow is the best I’ve ever had! There’s a slight smell when it’s unboxed, but I don’t mind it at all. I tested it midday and ended up falling asleep instantly! I woke up feeling well-rested instead of sluggish, and I didn’t have any neck or back pain. The price point isn’t too bad either. At first, I was hesitant to spend that much, but I absolutely love this pillow and it’s definitely worth it. The memory foam feels like sleeping on a cloud.

The Besyodo Cervical Pillow (the pillow for everyone)
The Besyodo is an awesome pillow. Unlike a regular pillow it keeps you from tossing and turning, keeping your spine aligned resulting in a better quality of sleep. There are two ways to use the pillow as it has two sides with different thickness. This is a really nice feature to have that in one pillow. The center of the pillow dips in to support your head, keeping it in the best position. Also, this pillow is great for all sleeping positions. It has been a real game changer for me and I highly recommend it.

Severe neck pain since using this product
Both my wife and I purchased this pillow, and after using it, we both experienced significant neck pain. I used it for three nights, and the discomfort became progressively worse each day. The pain was especially severe at night, affecting my sleep and eventually leading me to see a doctor, who prescribed muscle relaxers. My wife experienced similar issues after just one night of use and stopped using it immediately. In my case, the pain started in my neck and radiated into my shoulder and arm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. After three days of discomfort and poor sleep, I discontinued use of the pillow. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it and suggest looking at other options. If I could give this product zero stars I would because on the constant discomfort I am feeling even as I write this review…

Not the best
a bit hard to get used to, the head groove is way too small, doesn't support the neck as well as I thought it would, there are better options out there
